Job description :

• Architect and implement web & mobile application user interfaces. Develop front end (React Native / JS) and have experience in micro service framework such as Spring Boot.
• Scale and maintain web properties and application. Focus on performance and code efficiency
• Analyze business requirements and define the scope of software development. This also inclusive developing interactive prototype and mock-ups
• Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes.
• Play proactive support role and take ownership of technical issue and ability to work with internal and external team to resolve / address the relevant solution or issue.

Functional Skills :

Technical Skills :

About the role:

We are looking for a collaborative Software Engineer to help us deliver our vision of a secure marketplace for natural rubber and other software products for the natural rubber supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Technology and part of the Engineering team, you'll enjoy this role if you like the opportunities and challenges of working in a growing business and building extensible, secure and performant systems using best practices across different devices such as web, mobile and IOT and different technologies. You will play a genuinely impactful part that makes a difference to our customers and the industry on our path towards sustainability and traceability. Responsibilities:

• Deliver production quality code for frontend web applications in Angular . Knowledge of React is a plus
• Design, develop, deploy, maintain and improve with a test driven approach for Agridence software and visualizations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as tech leads, design teams, product owners and business analysts to analyze requirements, develop ideas and design solutions
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them as per requirements
• Engage in code assessments and actively enhance the ongoing development process
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables in an agile environment with a lot of concurrent moving parts

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience using Angular with a strong interest in digital trading platforms. Experience in Angular is strongly preferred for this position, react is good to have.
• A strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms, UI/UX and web applications
• A passion for computer programming and a deep curiosity to learn and absorb new technologies quickly
• Strong communication skills to advocate your ideas in a clear and concise manner to the team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility
