Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve GMV and profitability targets.
  • Define partner segmentation, MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, rebate structures, and credit terms.

Partnership Management

  • Acquire and onboard new travel agency partners nationwide.

Brand & Market Expansion

  • Represent Travelog B2B at industry events, fairs, and roadshows.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years B2B sales experience in travel/tourism or FMCG distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and financial acumen.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Advisor with experience in serving high-net-worth, luxury customers in any field or industry. Handle customer billing and payments accurately, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. Aim to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer experience and professionalism. To follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on escalating complaints to Team Lead if unable to resolve.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work closely with Team Lead to achieve sales and revenue assigned targets. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and other travel services and experiences to customers. Drive revenue by actively engaging clients, acquiring new customers, upselling travel solutions, executing strategic sales plans, and continuously monitoring performance to adapt and optimize sales efforts
  • Foster Excellent Customer Reviews and High Net Promoter Score (NPS): Strive to exceed customer expectations at every interaction, aiming for positive customer reviews and a high NPS. Consistently provide exceptional service to build customer loyalty and promote brand advocacy.
  • Be involved in Travel and Company events, when necessary, i.e., MAS Travel Fair, MATTA Fair, exclusive Travel Talks, etc.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Basic: RM 4000 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance,
Sales incentive: 20% from base pay

Key Responsibilities:
An Inside Sales Representative, or Salesperson sells products and services online or in a store
or office environment. Their primary duties include understanding the customers’ needs,
identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping Sales Executives close
sales deals.

Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs and
generate new leads. Other duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives include:

● Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead
follow-ups
● Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify
sales opportunities
● Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional
information via calls and emails
● Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
● Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
● Researching for new leads
● Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
● Upselling products and services

Required Qualifications:
Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certificates.
Malaysian that can speak in fluent Hokkien and basic English, as staff will support Taiwan Market
6 Months outbound experience (which means CS outbound, BPO, is acceptable)
Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English interview will be included since computer interface is in English
Must be able to commit to shift
NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
Must complete assessment (Will be shared to cdd after screening process)

    • In-depth understanding of EMS infrastructure, ambulance procurement cycles, and healthcare funding models in Asia Pacific countries.
    • Existing network with the region’s health ministries, EMS agencies, or tier-1 distributors.
  • Leadership & Competencies
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate complex markets and “build from scratch” in underpenetrated regions.
