Job Description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Event Planning Manager is responsible to act as a event planning specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
+ Minimum 2 years' work experience as Event Planning Executive or similar role in larger operation.
+ Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Customer Communication: professional and timely response to customer and network inquires.
Data Competency: ensuring complete, accurate, and timely data for all shipments. Including managing EDI transmissions and the integrity of internal and external reporting.
Exception Management: using reporting, dashboards, and other tools to manage in-transit exceptions and provide network visibility to performance and process exceptions.

+ Ensure all PO & PRF are raised as per country specific requirement & followed through approval process. Demonstrate flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines identify areas for improvement & automation.

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform General Warehouse job : Receiving; putaway; picking; packing; labelling; sorting; loading & unloading of cargoes
+ Manage labor distribution and workflow to meet quality and production goals
+ Support a specific warehouse function (e.g., shipping, receiving)
+ Transport and stage products
+ Maintain organized work and product storage areas
+ Email correspondence with internal and external customers
+ Prepare reporting to supervisor according to the instructions from warehouse management
+ Perform process and transaction audit
**What We Are Looking For**
+ SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduates.
+ Computer literacy- WMS/DMS experience at advantage
