  • Bring structure, tools, and forward-thinking models into how we plan and execute.

Build Commercial Capability and Execution Culture

  • Codify and scale best-in-class execution, capability frameworks, and sales practices across ASEAN.
  • Actively contribute to building a stronger, future-fit commercial organization by embedding global best practices in local realities.

  • Co-lead high-stakes strategic projects: RGM operating models, pharmacy and medical expansion, SIP redesign, whitespace activation, and more.
  • Work closely with country teams to embed transformation within their go-to-market models and unlock localized growth.

Act as a Strategic Commercial Bridge

  • Serve as a key commercial link between Global Sales, Emerging Market Sales, and ASEAN Markets.
  • Translate global strategies into local action. Feed back insights from ASEAN into global thinking.
  • Ensure alignment across markets while respecting the diversity of local execution.
