- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
- Ensure alignment between program goals and organisational priorities, considering business needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Program Execution and Delivery:

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
- 7+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience
- 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional or military experience

Lead communication and organizational change within Global Business Services, improving internal engagement and developing impactful employer branding strategies for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center. **Requirements:**
We are looking for a leader with background from a large multinational corporation and proven experience in communications and organizational change management, ideally in a shared services or Global Business Services environment.
