We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organised Manager, HR Transformation Consultant to join our team! Someone who can talk sense into clients and assist with implementing HR software. We provide a diverse exposure and the experience to work with top regional companies like PropertyGuru, Manulife, Garena, Softbank and more! With our HQ based in Singapore, we’re currently expanding our team in Malaysia so if you think you got what it takes, you’re welcome to apply and become a member of our growing team!
Responsibilities:- Conduct HR process realignment with key stakeholders
- Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness, and execute change strategy
- Identify key stakeholders and engage clients to deliver communication material
- Leverage available solutions to engage existing and new clients in potential sales
- Develop HR process frameworks and mentor junior team members
- Work alongside team members that implement HR systems for clients
- Plan and coordinate customer projects involving a range of different parties and systems
- Understand the usage of Talent Management Cornerstone OnDemand modules (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Core HR)
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities across the partners and systems
- 3-6 years working experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, economics, analytics, or a related field
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts with acute business acumen
- Methodical approach to workload and project administration and implementation
- Trustworthy, able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to communicate clearly and simplify requirements into simple solutions
- Able to travel regionally if business needs arise
- Experience in working with commercial-grade HCM or Talent Management Suites (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a bonus.
- Project Management background is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out-of-the-box solutions.
Support in proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts.
Engage in producing high-impact reports, points of view, developing market relevant assets and accelerators.
Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.
Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
Lead efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf /point solutions and process methodologies for reuse.
Role Description:
Should understand different business process in of Utility Industry (Regulated and Deregulated)
Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Experience in projects encompassing performance management project management and reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen and manage end to end delivery for a project
Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment consulting with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strength in data analysis using BI tools viz Power BI Tableau and MS Excel is desired
Institutionalization of knowledge gained from above work streams creating artefacts such as presentations case studies and reports to be published internally externally
Candidate should have strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Full Time Graduation.
Minimum degree and preferably master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field.
Analyst: 1+ year; Consultant: 5+ years; Manager: 10+ years.
Experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory, management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Utilities industry.
Open to both locals and expatriates with work visa sponsorship covered for the employee.
Employee required to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.
Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.
Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
SAP S/4HANA EAM
Hexagon EAM
IBM Maximo
Oracle EAM
Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.
Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.
Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.
Consulting Attributes:
Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.
Self-driven and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to travel based on project needs (if applicable).

Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM has grown to become the leading flour miller in Malaysia with regional presence in Vietnam and Indonesia. Job Description
- Coordinate and assist in arranging organisational development programmes including corporate social responsibility initiatives, town halls, employee engagement programs and other initiatives for the group to ensure seamless coordination from pre-event until post event.
- Monitor and manage the development of the talent pool through the Employee Development Programme.
- Manage and coordinate with learning institutions on partnership programmes for internships and business scholar programme.
- Assist in driving HR projects and organizational initiatives in partnership with the HR community and stakeholders in the group of companies.
- Responsible for managing government training grants, the HRDF application process and reimbursements, to ensure compliance and effective handling.
- Support the development and implementation of training policies and orientation programmes for new employees.
- Support in sourcing, implementing, and managing training programmes, including programme publicity, effectiveness assessment, record-keeping, administrative tasks related to training activities, and coordination of both in-house and external training sessions for successful execution.
- Assist HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive and effective job design, organisation structure and job description that align with business objectives.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
