- Train the trainer programs
- Work closely with global customer experience team to drive the adoption of global initiatives to maximize impact and effectiveness to local market
- Manage and drive the impact of all trainings through regular store visits with active shop-floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and deliver sustained in-store coaching to enhance performance:
- Skills improvement
- Sales performance/productivity improvement
- Maintain an updated database on training platforms, programs, manuals and related records
- Lead a team of field trainers with a strategic approach to ensure trainings are planned and executed in accordance to business needs

The accomplished individual will possess.
- Minimum 5 years solid hands-on service/hosting training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in luxury/fashion/cosmetics brand
- Experience in managing MEGA store or Factory Outlet store retail fields position is a plus (Flagship Store Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager)
- Strong interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills in English and spoken communication skills in Malay and Mandarin

- Holder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous

- To monitor staffs’ performance and evaluate training effectiveness
- To monitor and update external training program: knowledge transfer after the training attended by staff
- To conduct training programs to regional logistics staffs
- Assist the superior in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of training programs and other initiatives
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior such as organizing team building activities, competition, and on-going projects
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Good Communication, Presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Able to collaborate well with all stakeholders, able to work independently and also a good team player.
- Analytic, solution-focused, dynamic, and committed to delivering an excellent result.
- Preferable candidates with at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Training & Development.
- Able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Applicants who possess own transport and willing to travel will be added advantage.

Job Description
Reporting to : SeniorManager, Human Resources
Department: Group HRA
Job purpose :To support the Human Resourcesteam in coordinating and administering training and development programs across Citaglobal Group while assisting in maintaining employee data, HR systems and reporting to support HR operations and decision making.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate end to end training activities including scheduling, attendance tracking and post training evaluation.
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with departments to identify training gaps and develop the annual training plan.
- Maintain and update the company’s training calendar and ensure training records are accurately filed and audit compliant.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
- Support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Assist the recruitment team in creating employee profiles in the HRIS system and updating records as required.
- Perform HR data entry and ensure accuracy in both physical and digital records.
- Assist in the preparation of basic HR reports, internal forms and employee data sheets for internal use.
- Support the compilation of simple HR metrics for internal presentation and tracking.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, internal HR programs and company-wide events.
- Ensure systematic filing and record keeping for training, HR related documents and employee files.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources or relevant fields.
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with hands on exposure in training coordination and HR Operational support.
Knowledge
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft (e.g. data entry, formula, tables, dashboard)
- Experience in supporting or conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Knowledge of HR Business Intelligence (HR BI) tools will be an added advantage
Skill
- Effective oral and written communications skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High ethical standard and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Team oriented with a proactive and positive work attitude.
