The Successful Applicant * 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery across geographies
* Proven experience leading or mentoring L&D professionals, with a strong focus on coaching, quality assurance, and capability-building
* Deep understanding of virtual learning delivery and how to engage multicultural, multi-time-zone audiences
* Demonstrated ability to tailor global content for diverse learner groups and cultural sensitivities
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - able to build relationships remotely and drive alignment across functions and countries
* Proficiency with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Miro, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Fluency in English; additional Insert language languages are a strong plus
* Flexibility to deliver sessions across different time zones
