Job Description
* Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training with a strong focus on management and leadership development, while also facilitating other programmes across the employee lifecycle as needed.
* Cross-Regional Adaptation: Ensure centrally developed programmes are effectively localized for multiple regions, languages, and cultural contexts while maintaining core objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Learning Partner and business stakeholders to align delivery priorities with capability needs and ensure training effectiveness.
* Team Coaching: Coach and support a small team of trainers, providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and quality assurance to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.
* Learning Culture Champion: Foster a strong sense of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration in every session and team interaction.
* LXP Engagement: Maximize impact through curated digital learning journeys, nudges, and post-session content via our learning experience platform.
* Data & Continuous Improvement: Track metrics across engagement, attendance, and sentiment - using insights to iterate and drive continuous enhancement.
* Content Feedback: Act as a key voice in refining global content based on learner feedback, platform performance, and regional relevance.
* 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery across geographies
* Proven experience leading or mentoring L&D professionals, with a strong focus on coaching, quality assurance, and capability-building
* Deep understanding of virtual learning delivery and how to engage multicultural, multi-time-zone audiences
* Demonstrated ability to tailor global content for diverse learner groups and cultural sensitivities
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - able to build relationships remotely and drive alignment across functions and countries
* Proficiency with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Miro, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Fluency in English; additional Insert language languages are a strong plus
* Flexibility to deliver sessions across different time zones
* Background in Education, HR, Organization Development, or related field; certifications in facilitation, coaching, or virtual delivery are an advantage

- Effective time management skills for multiple projects
- Proficiency with software applications like Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional, organized, and reliable
- Critical thinking skills to improve user experience
