JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. The role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience and aligning with company values.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, social recruiting, referrals).
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Adhere to talent acquisition Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) for all hiring projects.

2.Recruitment Process Management

  • Post job advertisements and ensure they are accurate, compelling, and aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate assessments, reference checks, and background screening processes.

3.Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers across divisions and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to keep all parties updated on hiring progress.

5.Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

6.Student Engagement & Career Fair

  • Represent EPF as an ambassador in domestic student engagement programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of both domestic and international career fairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 4 – 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably corporate in-house hiring with financial sectors exposure.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Other: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to source for candidates based on the requirements provided by the HR Business Partners and Hiring Manager, in according to the approved manpower requisition.
  • Ensure the timely closure of manpower requisition.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the internal Talent Management Team and Hiring Managers in ensure the closure of the recruitment activity.
  • Initiate sourcing strategy through the resources provided by the internal Talent Management Team, including job posting optimization, candidates marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, etc.

  • Join participation of recruitment events with the internal Talent Management Team, such as career fairs, college recruitment programme, graduates development programme, etc.

  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.

Qualifications

PROFILE

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferable 3 to 5 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years experience in performing candidates search function.
  • Experienced in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment.
  • Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in SmartRecruiter) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment platforms.

  • Good command of English in writing and speaking.
  • Skill/knowledge requirements:
  • Well understanding of local labor law and local personnel and labor regulations.
  • Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit, and willing to work under pressure.
