Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales. Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning agility are welcome training will be provided.
- Prior experience in Forex, CFDs, Commodities, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of FX brokerage operations and sales cycle is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Your Role in Our Mission
As Trading Operations Manager, you will spearhead the brokerage’s trading operations, ensuring seamless execution, operational integrity, and compliance across our multi-asset product offerings, including FX, indices, commodities, and crypto. This pivotal role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational expertise, serving as a critical link between Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Platform Engineering teams. You will drive excellence in execution quality, mitigate market and operational risks, and align the trading framework with regulatory and business objectives to support the company’s growth and operational scalability.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Strategic Operational Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end trading operations, including execution monitoring, trade lifecycle handling, risk exposure oversight, and issue resolution across all asset classes (FX, indices, commodities, crypto). Managing execution monitoring, trade lifecycle processes, risk exposure, and issue resolution across all asset classes.
- Drive improvements in execution quality by monitoring key metrics such as latency, slippage, spreads, and fill rates to ensure Best Execution standards.
- Fine-tune exposure models to maintain balanced risk across trading books, aligning with internal policies and dynamic market conditions.
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards (e.g., CySEC, FCA, FSA, FSC) by coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to enforce thresholds and manage breaches.
- Design and implement procedures, alerts, and SOPs to identify and escalate suspicious or abusive trading activity, including fraud or manipulation patterns.
- Guide post-trade reconciliation processes to ensure robust and reliable system behavior across client and liquidity channels.
- Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure audit-readiness, operational scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Support KPI tracking and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into trading performance, exposure trends, and strategic metrics.
- Partner with Platform Engineering to enhance trading infrastructure, platform stability, and execution systems, leveraging strong technical knowledge of MT4/MT5 and liquidity bridges.
- Contribute to product and process enhancements, including onboarding new features, market instruments, or regional expansions.
- Train and empower the trading operations team on monitoring tools, operational procedures, and escalation protocols to ensure consistency and readiness.
- Represent Trading Operations in senior leadership forums, providing insights into execution quality, risk oversight, and operational readiness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), or a related field.
- 5–6+ years of experience in the CFD or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- CySEC Advanced Certification or equivalent regulatory qualification is required.
- Experience in multi-regional brokerages with exposure to global regulatory frameworks (e.g., CySEC, FCA, FSA, FSC).
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or trading performance dashboards is an advantage.
- Exposure to CRM-integrated trading environments and cross-platform operations (e.g., MT4/MT5, cTrader, proprietary systems).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, client trading behavior, trading infrastructure, brokerage systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Deep expertise in CFD or fintech trading environments, enabling you to navigate high-speed, regulated operations with confidence.
- Adept at aligning operational processes with global regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and scalability.

- You will be responsible for supporting the continuous operation and running of the firms trading systems.
Duties include:
- Support the team in the management and monitoring of the Company’s trading books across multiple asset
classes – FX, CFDs, and ensure the firm stays within its defined risk parameters

- Switching between LPs if/ whenever required
- Assist with Metatrader operational tasks, such as instrument configuration, group configuration, markups, etc.
- Configuration and maintenance of bridge and associated components, eg: client account/ LP / instrument price feed configuration, as required
- Producing daily trade and reconciliation reports in relation to trading activity and client positions using MT4 and third-party platforms.
