In your new role, you will:

• Be responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, and release.
• Take ownership of test equipment stability, sustaining, and improvement, including equipment setting, qualification, preventive maintenance, etc., as well as test equipment stability (equipment setup, buy-off, PM).
• Manage spares.
• Conform to all health, safety, security, and quality systems related to equipment.
• Coordinate with IFX global counterparts to ensure good communication and timely support from overseas.
• Expand scope to engage with new subcontractors and different testers by leveraging Unisem Chengdu experience.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Experience in device testing, processes, procedures, or technology development.
• Familiarity with tester setup, qualification, and sustaining.
• Understanding of assembly equipment and processes.
• Ability to interface with other functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Product Engineering, Test Development Engineering, Quality) and subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics).
• Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes.

• Drive improvements, initiate problem solving and develop creative engineering solutions to achieve low cost, better quality, improved capabilities and higher efficiency.
• Ensure training and troubleshooting programs on equipment and hardware are in place.
• Ensure high equipment performance, maximize equipment up time. Minimize tester downtime and board downrate.
• Equipment spare part management, inventory planning, cost planning & training skills development.
• Familiar in FT testing, PCB troubleshooting and debugging up to component level.
• Experienced in tester maintenance and test background.
• Other duties assign by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or above.
• At least 4-6 years and above of industrial experience in equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in ISO9000 / QS9000 quality system implementation preferred.
• Team players.
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.
