11. Handle line quality complaints and feedback to relevant departments.
12. Drive corrective and preventive actions on major quality issues through cross-functional initiatives.
13. Monitor vehicle database for traceability.
14. Oversee manpower skills development.
15. Promote safety, Kaizen, and ICC activities for quality improvement.
16. Report daily and monthly quality performance metrics.
17. Comply with OSHA 1994 and EQA 1974 regulations.
18. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Key Missions

• Develops, prepares and executes test plans, procedures and schedules
• Plans and conducts testing including using programming languages for test automation
• Includes the test plan automated as much as possible in the CI/CD chain
• Performs analysis of test results
• Reports incidents during test execution and tracks them until closure
• Performs regression and ad-hoc testing depending on changes
• Ensures requirements are fully covered by tests
• Contributes and validates documentations as per project deliveries (configuration, users’ guides, etc.)
• Describes and executes simple tests requiring basic knowledge on testing tools and methodologies with experienced QA engineer guidance

Job Description:

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with company needs.
• Oversee internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certifications, ensuring timely completion and corrective actions.
• Determine the disposition of raw materials, samples, and finished products based on quality checks.
• Address customer complaints, organize problem analysis, provide solutions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Participate in quality reviews of new products, technical modifications, and assess quality risks.
• Verify product labeling, batch combinations, and conduct final product inspections before shipment.

Job Requirement:

• Ensure product quality across mobile and web by planning, executing, and leading testing from start to launch.

Your Requirements:

• 3+ years of QA experience (manual & automated) on web and mobile (iOS & Android).
• Skilled in automation tools like Cypress (preferred), Playwright, or Selenium.
• Hands-on in writing test plans, identifying bugs, and testing complex app features.
• Strong eye for product quality and user experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
• Curious and resourceful when investigating tricky bugs.
• Able to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones (e.g., 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM MYT).
