We are hiring an experienced TV Repair Technician to join our authorized service team. The main responsibility is to provide on-site repair service for TV, focusing on screen (Open Cell) replacement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site TV repair services (Screen replacement / Open Cell replacement/Mainboard replacement).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot TV hardware issues.
  • Ensure all repair works are carried out with high quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain good communication with customers during service visits.
  • Record and report service jobs to the service manager.

Requirements (Must Have Experience):

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in TV repair (especially screen / Open Cell replacement).
  • Familiar with Xiaomi, TCL, and other major TV brands.
  • Must have own transport for on-site service.
  • Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Applicants without relevant TV repair experience will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,400.00 per month

As Data Analyst you will support our TV and other consumer device research and will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Responsible for Omdia's Global TV set and Consumer Electronics research services, including quarterly data reports on vendor sell-in shipment performance.
  • Working closely with global TV analysts to combine primary research findings with secondary data sources to create comprehensive market models.
  • Enhance country-level data accuracy by developing advanced methodologies and incorporating additional data sources that effectively fill gaps through strategic triangulation techniques.
  • Understand the TV data process, and terminology, and own the end-to-end data lifecycle of TV set data deliverables.
  • Data modelling, solutions and production of data deliverables based on client requirements, by using logical and efficient algorithms that can be implemented.
  • Translate business requirements into reports and deliverable structures. Proficient in Model Documentation.
  • Effectively manage issue escalations, adopting appropriate escalation pathways with minimum supervision.
