APAC Talent Acquisition Lead at Cognizant
JOB PURPOSE :
This service is responsible for Network & Security operations. Supporting Security baselining, Firewalls, VPN, Data Center, Campus LAN, Wi-Fi & WAN. This service requires to work with the rest of network peers globally. Candidate must be familiar with Network Firewalls, Security products, Network segmentation – particularly in financial services institution, on complex multi-tenant infrastructure. Exposure to Public Cloud network and on prem private cloud environments is an advantage. The candidate should possess excellent collaboration and team player expertise, pleasant personality, and a fast learner to adapt for dynamic changes.
Responsibilities- Support Network & Security operations, baselining and incident response.
- Collaborate with global network peers and cross-functional teams.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, and security devices (Firewalls, VPN, Web Proxy, Cisco ISE, IPS, etc.).
- Manage campus LAN, wireless networks (Cisco WLC, Aironet APs) including implementation, refresh and troubleshooting.
- Handle data center products (Cisco Nexus, ACI) and related technologies; participate in OS upgrades and hardware refreshes.
- Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and IPAM tools; monitor with SNMP and API-based tools (LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, NetScout).
- Support ITIL processes: service requests, changes, problem and incident handling; document procedures and network diagrams.
- Experience with public/private cloud networking (VMware NSX-T, SDN) is an advantage.
- University Degree / Diploma from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network support within a sizable organization.
- Technical expertise in sizable network implementation and support; hands-on experience required.
- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent expertise.
- Certifications from leading product vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, F5, Check Point).
- English environment mandatory.

Overall Purpose Of The Job
- Overall responsibility for the company’s network designs and network installations
- Coordinate and manage activities of the company’s engineering team and oversee programs to train and work closely with network engineering resources and other third-party service provider.
