Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Firewall rules to secure customer networks from threats and revenue leakage.
• Manage and optimise roaming services and steering rules.
• Classify SMS traffic using signature-based analysis by message type and brand.
• Create and deliver customised reports and analytics dashboards for customers.
• Perform regular system health checks including hardware, OS, and firewall modules.
• Respond to technical support requests and incidents via ticketing systems or email.
• Troubleshoot issues identified during health checks or raised by clients.
• Conduct penetration tests and deploy honeypots to detect vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, preferably in Telecommunications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mobile Core Network operations (CS/PS).
• Strong technical understanding of signalling protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Wireshark, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in data centre environments and handling physical server equipment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

You will also undertake calibration measurements to the correct procedures, instructions and specifications whilst maintaining relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing the relevant business management system.

Experience in calibration/Validation of RF and Telecommunication Instruments such as but not limited to RF Signal Generators, Spectrum analyzers, Network analyzers, Radio Test sets, Attenuators, RF Power meters, Terminations, Directional Couplers, Audio Analyzers, Data bus analyzers, RF Filters, etc.
2. Assure proper qualification, maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and on-site test instruments.
3. Knowledge of ISO 17025 would be an added advantage.
4. Adhere to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as per customer requirement.
5. Able to work collaboratively as one team, maintain good relationships with peers.
6. Adopting and implementing the management instructions given from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrument and Control Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and ICT engineering.
• A professional certificate by accredited Bodies/ Associations is an added advantage.
• Min. 15 years’ experience in offshore/onshore telecommunication and network design with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, construction, project management, execution and implementation for facilities in onshore and offshore gas plant.
• Strong knowledge in the engineering/design, including to QA/QC, construction and related codes & standards.
• Experienced in FEED and/or EPCC of offshore facility in the similar scale with COMPANY field is an advantage.
• Must have a good understanding of process and facilities design and production operations including a broad range of expertise on FEED, detail design development, construction/installation, commission/startup and production operations of oil and gas projects.
• Experienced in Call For Tender (CFT) development and Tendering execution of Offshore/Onshore gas plant/petrochemical/refinery industry are added advantages.

The Process Engineer is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and control of key manufacturing processes to ensure consistent high-quality output and operational efficiency. This role involves ownership of critical processes, support for cross-functional projects, and mentoring junior engineers and technicians. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and strong collaboration with production, quality, and equipment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and sustain ownership of designated production processes RF/DC test & TBE.
• Analyze process performance using statistical methods; drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for quality issues.
• Champion continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with process qualification, documentation, and training.
• Collaborate with R&D, equipment, and quality teams to enhance process capability and robustness.
• Ensure process documentation (SOPs, control plans, FMEAs) is up-to-date and audit-compliant.
• Participate in audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and provide technical support as required.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional alignment.
