The Professional Services Consulting area is responsible for providing fee-for-service consulting services to clients by providing a complete project solution to achieve measurable business improvement using company products and services, defining opportunity/process around outsourced solutions, systems integration or other proprietary tools.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
- Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements
- Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices
- Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
- Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship
- Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team
- Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community
- Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
- Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions
What you’ll bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions
- Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc)
- A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains
- Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in technical skills such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical skills
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
- Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development
- Knowledge of cloud technologies

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consulting Engineer – SAP Technical Consulting who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security for SAP product line. You will help define solution strategy, drive design and technical implementation, and architect innovative solutions. You will work on diverse projects from gathering customer requirements to implementing the solution, providing Information Security and Compliance solution for Global 2000 companies.
This position requires excellent client services and technical skills; expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of information security software, identity and access management system, or enterprise software, and documentation experience.
Responsibilities- Working closely with customers to design solutions involving information security and compliance needs on SAP
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and development expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or enterprise-wide deployment
- Leading the integration effort and owning the system and data integration architecture for SAP
- Install and configure NextLabs software at client premises
- Research and implement new functionality of NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite for customer implementations
- Design specifications for new custom solutions based on customer requirements
- Develop, configure and implement the solution as per NextLabs standards to meet customer requirements
- Develop unit test plans and create test cases based on customer landscapes
- Train customers to instrument Policies and secure SAP Data at various data access points and tools with NextLabs solution functionality
- Help with creating training and other end-user documentation
- Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other NextLabs components that interface with NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
- BS Degree in computer science or engineering or higher
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
- Must be hands-on with RICEFW development and ABAP New syntax as needed to support project timelines and objectives
- Must have solid experience in ABAP development with good understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, QM, FI and SD
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
- Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA is a huge plus
- Experience with Java based development is a plus
- Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
- Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications is a plus
- Experience with Data Masking, Data Anonymization techniques is a huge plus

As a Technical Lead within EY’s Digital Engineering team, you will play a strategic role in driving the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You’ll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation. The Opportunity
As a Technical Lead within EY’s Digital Engineering team, you will play a strategic role in driving the development and delivery of modern software solutions. You’ll lead agile teams, define technical architecture, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to help clients modernize platforms, accelerate innovation, and enable end-to-end digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and architect scalable digital solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms Guide engineering teams in frontend, backend, and mobile development, ensuring best practices across the SDLC Deliver high-performing, secure, and user-centric digital applications using agile methodologies Oversee DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality initiatives Act as a key technical advisor in client engagements, supporting digital strategy and solution design Contribute to talent development and technical capability building within the team
Technology Stack
Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript Backend: .NET Core/8+, Node.js, Java Mobile: React Native, Flutter, MAUI Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP DevSecOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps Tools: Figma, Selenium, Playwright, Apache JMeter
To Qualify, You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or platform modernization projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with data integration, API design, and cloud-native architectures
