We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Change Manager for AMEA to lead business units as they implement O9 planning and SAP S4HANA systems.
As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core.
As a change manager, you will drive change management for the project across business units in AMEA, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained.
**How you will contribute**
**You will:**
·Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for a function and group of markets.
·Work with leaders and users to emphasize case for change
·Create localized change strategies and execute activities
·Identify and assess the change impacts
·Define and execute tactical change management interventions
·Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders and implementation leads
·Measure, monitor and report the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies·Drive stakeholder engagemen
and manage communications to bring visibility
·Coordinate training efforts across the business units
**What you will bring**

+ 10+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
+ Experience in handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.
+ System implementation exposure highly preferred.
+ Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management.
+ Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
+ Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
+ A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
+ Experience in S4 Hana or o9 implementations highly preferred. Experience in planning systems (e.g. Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder etc.) implementations advantageous
+ Functional knowledge of commercial and planning processes preferred.
+ Demonstrating creativity and flexibility.

**Education / Certifications:**
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.

**Job Description Summary** :
Lead communication and organizational change within Global Business Services, improving internal engagement and developing impactful employer branding strategies for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center. Partners with the global "Hire to Retire" service line (HR Service Delivery Operations) within GBS to drive meaningful communications and change adoption.
You will collaborate with a wide variety of teams in the GASSC, engage across Greater Asia, and throughout GBS to drive engagement within the GASSC, and lead successful change adoption for GBS initiatives.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the global Hire to Retire (HTR) service line and Greater Asia GBS Regional Team on communication and change strategies.
+ Define and operationalize the communication strategy for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center. Pull through global messaging and tailor culturally relevant content for effective communications, consistent with the overall GBS brand and messaging.
+ Drive internal engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition), maximising fit-for-purpose channels.
+ Define and deliver on compelling external employer branding activities for the GASSC, in partnership with HR
+ Provide guidance to communications and engagement initiatives within the Hire to Retire service line.
+ Develop and implement organizational change strategies to ensure successful adoption for projects and programs.
+ Monitor and measure readiness, adoption, and benefit realization for change/transformation initiatives. Gauge associate engagement to continuously improve.
**Requirements:**
We are looking for a leader with background from a large multinational corporation and proven experience in communications and organizational change management, ideally in a shared services or Global Business Services environment.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural nuances
+ Experience leading organizational change and communications, certified as change practitioner
+ Strong understanding of GBS or shared services environments

Procurement Performance Acceleration expert (PPA Project Manager) / specialist in the creation and deployment of world class solutions required to drive the Strategy of the functional stream in the Procurement organization.  Gather stakeholder's requirements, manage expectations & planning, design & document processes & ways of working plan & follow up related costs, organized the tool development with IT & PMO, ensure training & tool master data are done according to policies & targets. Is the go to person for escalation in case of disruption. Where matters, manage the NBS team in charge of the tool sustain activities, reports project progress to PPALT for PLT & FC Operations information or decisions making if required.

**A day in a life of Procurement Performance Acceleration expert (PPA Project Manager)**
- Lead Procurement solutions that are required to drive the Strategy of the Functional Stream in alignment to the Procurement Vision - Gather stakeholder's requirements, manage expectations & deploy processes & solutions aligned to the Strategy of the Functional Stream and to the Procurement Vision
- Define and monitor the appropriate measures to follow up and ensure compliance in its area of influence,  and the implementation and sustainability of defined processes & solutions in the Procurement organizations at market and at above
- Contribute to the development of procurement initiatives by bringing ideas, feedback, and requirements from own area(s) of responsibility.
- Identify and engage relevant external parties to provide external and future insights on Procurement / Functional Stream relevant topics.
- Drive appropriate key partnership within and outside of Procurement function. 
**What makes you successful:**
+ Well experienced in increasing business performance by leading the development and deployment of strategic projects in complex environment 
+ Solid experience working and operating across multiple countries and / or regions in leadership positions.
+ Has successfully led virtual teams / project teams in complex environments across multiple countries / regions
+ Excellent communication skills & good management of pressure & multiple targets managementFluent in English, Spanish level necessary to leave if Panama.
Necessary experience:
+ Cost Models: Understanding of and experience in using **Raw and Packaging material Cost Models** . Having developed **digital solutions** to gather, manage and manipulate cost model data a plus.
+ Price Forecasting: Knowledge of **how price forecasts can be applied to the cost models to provide the business with a future outlook.**
+ Specifications: Understanding of **how material specifications interact and impact the cost models and their structures** .
+ Analytical: Analytical mindset - understanding of complex modelling and able to develop a future digital solution vision.
