JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Transformation Management, this strategic leadership role within the Transformation Management Office involves steering change management efforts across the organization. The Change Management Lead will shape and drive change strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and will play a pivotal role in enabling EPF to achieve its transformation ambitions.

JOB SCOPE

Strategic Planning:

  • Formulate the Change Management Strategy, ensuring it supports EPF’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
  • Engage senior leadership to define transformation priorities and embed change initiatives within the organization’s culture and strategic direction.

Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy:

  • Conduct high-level stakeholder analysis to identify strategic influencers and decision-makers, ensuring their alignment and commitment to transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a network of senior advocates and ambassadors to drive organizational readiness and acceptance.

Change Governance and Framework Development:

  • Establish a robust Change Governance framework, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Drive decision-making processes through data-driven insights and readiness assessments.

Innovation and Adaptation:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine the change management methodologies and tools to incorporate global best practices and innovations.
  • Foster future ways of working by leading efforts to anticipate and address resistance, ensuring agility in response to challenges.

Strategic Communication:

  • Design and oversee a strategic communication plan to articulate the value and vision of transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of unified messaging that reinforces the transformation identity and engages key stakeholders effectively.

Measurement and Success Metrics:

  • Define and monitor KPIs at program and organizational levels to evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and integrated reporting tools to provide strategic insights into the effectiveness of change efforts.

Capacity Building:

  • Strategically guide the development of change management capabilities within the organization.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal leaders to deliver targeted training and upskilling programs.

Resource Optimization and Strategic Deployment:

  • Oversee the strategic allocation of resources, ensuring alignment with transformation priorities and minimizing disruptions to Business as Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Develop a consolidated change deployment roadmap that addresses cross-functional interdependencies.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven strategic leadership skills, with experience in influencing and engaging at senior management levels.
  • Strong capability to align change strategies with enterprise-wide goals and priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in advanced change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and tools.
  • Deep understanding of organizational development, cultural change, and transformation dynamics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Pass in Malay Language, including an oral test, at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Mass Communications, Organizational Development, or equivalent qualification from an accredited higher learning institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within large institutions corporations, or government-linked companies.
  • Leading a high-performance team/subordinates (not less than 5 subordinates)
  • Hold Prosci Change Management Certification, APMG Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute Certification (CMI), or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic organizational changes and embedding transformation practices. The candidate is required to present his or her success stories portfolio on past initiatives or projects.

JOB SCOPE

Strategic Change Management:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Mastery in Change Management: Proficiency in established methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Eight Steps) and proven ability to lead impactful transformations.

Purpose of Role

The role of a Change Management (CM) Consultant is to facilitate and support individuals through transitions within an organization. The consultant plays a crucial part in helping organizations navigate change, be it technological transformation, process improvement, or structural reorganization. Specifically, they ensure the seamless adaptation of existing business processes to meet the requirements of new IT systems. In doing so, CM Consultants assist employees and stakeholders in embracing and adopting new ways of working, technologies, or processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in relevant fields e.g. communications, organizational psychology, human resource or equivalent in business or IT.

2. Added advantage with Change Management or Organizational Development certification, knowledge on change management methodologies.

3. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in change management roles, business process analysis and adaptation.

4. Familiarity with project management methodologies commonly used in IT projects is a bonus, e.g. Agile, Waterfall

We are looking for people who

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle Cloud certifications) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project or change management experience or Finance experience. Candidates with experience working on Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations and within the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing change for Oracle Fusion or similar cloud transitions
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in stakeholder managements, especially with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving ability, with the ability to analyse and manage conflicts.

This role sits within the Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses IT Strategy and Transformation. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our TS&T business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of TS&T solutions: IT Strategy, Application & Systems Development, IT Business Transformation, etc.

Requirements

  • A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • Manager will require a minimum of 10+ years of experience working in IT Implementation/ IT consulting. Preferably has led the project (as a Project Manager) and managed project resource and financials.
  • Experience in both advisory as well as implementation experience in the following areas:
    • IT Strategy: IT strategy development, IT governance, IT operating model, enterprise architecture
    • IT Transformation: IT sourcing advisory, program and project management advisory
    • IT Operations: IT service management, IT shared service management
    • IT Optimization: IT cost reduction, IT Merger & Acquisition
  • Involved in overall SDLC - requirement gathering, design, test, deploy/release, data migration, project management
  • Preferably has experience related to Cloud Implementation (incl. Cloud Business Case, Cloud Design, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Operating Mode, Cloud Migration) using AWS, GCP, Azure / Cloud Certified Architect (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented

3. Project Management Office (PMO) Support

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong working relationships with clients.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To support day-to-day execution of change management & communication activities for the HR Transformation project.
  • To coordinate engagement sessions, prepare communication materials, manage administrative tasks, and gather stakeholder feedback to ensure smooth change adoption across the organization.

Change Management Execution

  • Assist in executing change management initiatives and activities under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Compile data and insights on stakeholder feedback, change readiness, and resistance areas.
  • Provide logistical and documentation support for behavioural and mindset change initiatives.

Communication

  • Develop and design communication content, including emails, posters, presentations, FAQs, and intranet updates.
  • Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all communication deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Group Strategic Relations & Communications (GSRC) on publishing and dissemination content through appropriate channels.
  • Support the creation of communication toolkits and materials for leaders, change agents, and HR teams.

Engagement

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation for engagement and training sessions.
  • Support administration of change readiness and temperature check surveys, including gathering and consolidating responses.
  • Assist in preparing engagement reports and highlight key insights to the team for decision-making.
  • Contribute to building an inclusive and engaging environment for employee participation and feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Change Management, preferably in a transformation or organizational development environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study, professional qualifications or equivalent.
  • Ideal for candidates who are keen on a 12-month contract position.

Role Summary

The IT Change Management Specialist role at HCLTech involves overseeing and coordinating IT change processes to ensure they are executed smoothly and in compliance with established procedures. The specialist will manage change records using ServiceNow (SILVA), lead change advisory board (CAB) meetings, handle escalations, and ensure timely approvals. The role also includes reporting, conducting post-implementation reviews, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in change management and IT operations, be familiar with global organizational structures, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires coverage of EU business hours.

MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensure that changes are handled in accordance with the current agreed process and associated procedures.
  • Administer change records in SILVA, the AXA Global ServiceNow instance.
  • Participate in, and host relevant change management meetings including CABs.
  • Assist with escalated changes and ensure their workflow is managed in accordance with the process.
  • Provide day to day expertise for changes managed to the process stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with process stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for ensuring change approvals are in place in accordance with timings specified in the process.
  • Production of change management reporting.
  • Managing post implementation reviews for changes that have caused major business impact or upon request.
  • Reporting issues or process deviations to the Change Management Team Manager.
  • Reporting process improvements to Change Management Team Manager.
  • Execution of change process-related tasks, including process improvements assigned by the Change Management Team Manager.
  • Supervision and coordination of changes (e.g. OpCo releases, high impact/high risk changes) outside business hours upon request/on demand

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of change management in a coordinator / change manager role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience and knowledge of IT Operations.
  • Have worked in a global organisation with matrix management and complex organizational units.
  • Operational knowledge of, and experience with ServiceNow.
  • ITIL certified, or willing to obtain certification as part of your development plan.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to various level stakeholders, in English.
  • Energizes a community to actively support process adoption, adherence, and continuous feedback.
