This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainer in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering. The role is based in Puchong, but some work from home is acceptable. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Additionally, the Trainer will collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and participate in continuous professional development activities.
- Advanced knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering
- Practical skills in Radio Frequency Technology, Network Engineering, and Fiber Optic installations
- Proven experience in teaching or training within an educational or corporate setting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective training materials and curricula
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Master's, Degree or Diploma in a relevant field; Vocational Training Officer (VTO-Level III) certification preferred
- HRDF Trainer certification or Train The Trainers (TTT) certification will be an advantage
