The TS Process Specialist position for Olefins Technologies provides technical support for a range of UOP technologies such as Oleflex, SHP, KLP and MTBE. The primary accountability of the position is to complete the transfer of our technology in order to deliver to our customers' UOP-licensed or UOP-designed units that operate optimally, profitably and safely. To do so, the Specialist will have regular interaction with external customers, and with other UOP personnel involved in technology delivery projects. In addition to customer contact, the position provides interaction with all the UOP departments involved with technology delivery. The interaction with other UOP departments provides excellent exposure as well as providing knowledge of accountabilities in other areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to manage the extensive internal and external customer contact that the position demands.

  • Commissioning, startup, operation, troubleshooting and optimization of refinery plants.

  • Travel to various sites (~25%). Some trips can be planned, but ability to travel at short notice is a requirement.

  • Work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Handle multiple tasks concurrently and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Problem solving and dispute resolution

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s in chemical engineering

  • 5+ years industry experience

  • Experience on UOP or similar Olefins technologies such as Oleflex, SHP, MTBE, PRU, etc.

Position description: The Marketing Technology Specialist serves as a crucial link between marketing function of a business and technology. The role requires the ability translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on marketing goals. This position plays a critical role in the configuration, usage and support of the marketing technology platforms used for campaign and data management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketing Automation platforms and CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Maintain the daily operations of Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation platforms
  • Maintain analytics tracking in digital marketing platforms, implement best practices, add/edit analytics tracking pixels as needed.
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
  • Serve as super user and product evangelist for digital marketing platforms

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Data Analytics and/or with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in operations support.
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team.
  • Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues that arises from the smallest causes
  • Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
  • Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.), CSS, HTML, Javascript, SQL is a strong advantage.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kertih, Malaysia. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description

IT Support Specialist Level 2 Engineer will provide day-to-day local desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers’ various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
  • Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware.
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
  • Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
  • This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
  • Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
  • Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, effectively determine priorities, and meet SLAs.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.

IT Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. Job Description IT Support Specialist Level 2 Engineer will provide day-to-day local desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Centre. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customers’ various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support. Key Responsibilities: Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application. Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers. Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software. Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms. This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. Minimum of 4 years of IT experience. Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, and Helpdesk ticketing systems. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory. Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to multitask, effectively determine priorities, and meet SLAs. Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment. Your day at NTT DATA
As a Principal Networking Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you will take on a dynamic and pivotal role, engaging directly with clients and leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and present compelling value propositions. Your main focus will be on pursuing and landing qualified leads, developing new business channels, and expanding existing accounts. As a Sales Specialist, you are also responsible for generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base.

You will be busy building and nurturing client relationships, acting as the internal owner for assigned accounts. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their most pressing business challenges and offering solutions that make a real impact. You will lead conversations at the C-level, positioning NTT DATA's offerings effectively to drive expansion and renewals.

Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will work with pre-sales architects to design the best solutions, ensuring our proposals are compelling and delivered on time. Your deep industry knowledge and DATA-driven insights will help you stay ahead of trends, allowing you to have meaningful conversations with clients and continually drive growth.

You will manage the entire sales process, from owning the sales cycle to structuring complex deals and negotiations. Your role will require you to minimize client churn, maximize retention, and drive business growth through excellent stakeholder relationships and thorough opportunity management.
To thrive in this role, you need:
  • Extensive experience in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals.
  • Extensive experience in a technology or services environment.
  • Proficiency in a team-selling approach and extensive knowledge of successful sales strategies.
  • Close attention to maintaining up-to-date, accurate sales forecasts and close plans.
  • Proven ability to develop and foster meaningful relationships with senior executives, particularly CFOs and CTOs.
