Job DescriptionROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across the ASEAN region. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a strong track record in digital campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. As the regional digital lead, you will play a critical role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through data-informed strategies and integrated channel execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and are passionate about elevating digital performance across diverse markets, we’d love to hear from you.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including social media, content, email, and paid media. Use performance data to guide strategy, set clear KPIs, manage budgets, and continuously optimize to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Channel & Performance Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels and tactics. Leverage analytics tools to gain actionable insights, improve channel mix, and maximize the return on digital marketing investment.
- Stakeholder & Internal Client Management: Act as the digital marketing lead and service partner for the ASEAN region to internal business units and project teams. Translate business objectives into digital strategies, ensure timely and quality execution, and maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and grow a high-performing in-house digital marketing team. Provide clear direction, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Content Oversight & Brand Alignment: Oversee the development of digital marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and campaign goals across all platforms.
- Champion Digital Best Practices : Serve as a digital marketing thought leader for the organization. Partner with the L&D team to drive capability-building initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and elevate the overall performance and productivity of the wider marketing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with proven success in campaign planning & execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Proficient in digital platforms and tools including SEO/SEM, social media, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua/Marketo.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working across multiple internal teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong content and messaging skills, with attention to brand consistency and audience impact.
- Strong can-do and high self-motivation. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating marketing teams.
- Language requirement: English is required; proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.

The Information Technology Executive is responsible for the implementation of Information Technology (IT) in the hotel in accordance with Hilton's (IT) strategies and priorities as well as measuring IT costs, benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Regional Information Systems Manager.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Information Technology Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist superior to maintain hotel software and hardware.
- Solve technical and operational problems according to user reports.
- Operate the computer hardware and software under the direction of his immediate superior.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.
- Solve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria.
- Ensure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner.
- Ensure that hotel data is secured in accordance with stated standards and best practices.
- Ensure access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety.
- Identify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the regional Deputy General Manager of Information Technology.
- Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.

About the RoleThe Maintenance Executive is responsible for coordinating and supervising repair and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and quality of all equipment and training functions. This role requires technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise all repair and maintenance works on all equipment and training functions to boost overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of the UAS in operation (internal and external) using engineering, maintenance, and aviation tools.
- Adopt all maintenance processes to achieve continuous improvement in maintenance flow, management, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve, improvise, and improve processes or products.
- Report and communicate with suppliers on product reliability and warranty processes.
- Maintain consistent engagement with authorities for the latest adoption of safety procedures.
- Maintain and improve all work records for data acquisition and safekeeping.
- Lead the assessment of reporting subordinates and develop plans to improve the team.
- Support any possible integration growth.
- Regularly observe and assess customer needs, recommending additional products and services.
- Commit and discharge duties in compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD6011 (II) requirements/standards.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.

- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in People and Maintenance segment.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Equipment Maintenance & Training – Supervise all repair and maintenance activities to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and training effectiveness.
- Evaluate UAS Performance – Analyze operational performance of UAS using engineering, aviation, and maintenance tools for both internal and external use.
- Optimize Maintenance Processes – Continuously improve maintenance workflows and outcomes through process adoption and enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with various departments and suppliers to improve products, processes, and manage warranty and reliability issues.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and CAD6011 (II) standards, maintain accurate records, and stay updated with safety regulations.
- Team Leadership & Customer Support – Lead and assess team performance, support integration growth, and identify customer needs with relevant product/service recommendations.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Communication skills to work closely with cross departments.

IT Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects within Prudential , which includes planning and managing resource, working with cross department stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.
Project Management
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which adhere with project risk, compliance & government framework.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals working with business solutions teams and stakeholders
- Develop project plans, track and monitor project milestones and delivery accordingly.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risk, and revise contingency plans;
- Ensure adequate staffing is in place for assigned projects
- Ensure assigned projects are implemented on time and on budget
- Ensure all project team timesheet is track and log accordingly
- Ensure the project implementation and resource cost is charge accordingly follow LBU
- Conduct project post mortems, i.e. project implementation report and create a recommendations report and lessons learned
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;
