• 3y+ experience in the field of semiconductor device technology development (Clean room experience, Design of Experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer-level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, basic understanding of TCAD simulations, IP generation)
• Readiness for international assignments (short/long term)
• Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge
• The ability to communicate efficiently in English and Chinese; Both written and spoken

Job Description
In your new role, you will:

• Bachelor / Master / PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Material Science / Chemistry
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in FE-related Semiconductor industry
• 1-3 years in FE-technology development

• Experience in the development of freewheeling diode technologies on 200mm wafers for industrial applications
• Experience working in a project team with members from European sites
• Ability to plan, design, perform, and evaluate process experiments (including DoEs)

Use of AutoCAD and Inventor tools in the package development cycle. Understanding design systematics, creating 3D models, and parametric control.

In your new role, you will:

• Use CAD Desktop and SAP in Inventor use case, understanding the interactions between Inventor and SAP through CAD Desktop, Metadata, revisioning, file linkages, and derivations.
• Design method and flow for new packages and lead frames based on materials, processes, and supplier capabilities.
• Modify 2D and 3D outputs.
• Drive package/lead frame 3D design development activities, ensuring project milestone deliverables and documentation release (specs, drawings, SAP, etc.).
• Liaise with lead frame engineers to ensure all specifications and requirements are met.
• Participate in formulating internal design standards, accumulating and sharing design experience, and team suggestions.

You are best suited if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Physics).
• Preferably a recent graduate or junior with strong AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D skills.
• Experience in drafting/designing (2D/3D) lead frames using AutoCAD / Inventor.
• Experience in drafting/designing (2D/3D) semiconductor packages (mold body, wire, chip, solder, etc.) using AutoCAD / Inventor.
• Knowledge of GD&T and material specifications.
• Strong mathematical skills (algebra, trigonometry, etc.) for Inventor parametric modeling.
