Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading the project team and delivering the project within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery. The candidate coordinates and monitors the implementation of all engineering tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a bid/project.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure engineering activities are well managed within constraints of bids/projects, approved architecture, design policy, contracts, and company quality requirements.
  • Lead collaborative discussion and co-engineering between internal teams, vendors and customers to analyse, prioritise and validate stakeholders' requirements.
  • Ensure that engineering scope, plans and activities satisfy customer requirements, and are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality.
  • Work closely with Design Authority to oversee and approve the outcome of evaluation studies on design alternatives, and to provide advice to both the customer and internal technical teams.
  • Through broad consultation, ensure the production of the required documentation in support of the project, to the satisfaction of the customer and internal senior management.
  • Liaise with customers on technical, architectural and procedural issues as required, ensure that scope creep is avoided.
  • Define the engineering work breakdown structure, project organisation structure, tasks schedule, engineering KPIs, and associated engineering tasks. Tailor as required and ensure all baseline requirements are met.
  • Define the strategy for development, build increments, validation, and project commissioning.
  • Follow up closely on defined KPIs and ensure issues discovered (such as risks of changes, schedule, anomalies, etc) are addressed promptly according to different project phases.
  • Perform periodic reporting to internal senior management and customer according to Thales methodology (Chorus) and common methods such as SAFe/SCRUM.
  • Ensure the implementation of multi-project synergies and lessons learnt, in order to optimize cost of technical solutions.
  • Manage engineering risks & opportunities during bids and project phase, guarantees programme commitments, including those flown down to subcontractors and partners.
  • Optimise technical work against costs, schedule and risks from design to validation and acceptance of the solution.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed, in conjunction with the functional Engineering Head or Director.
  • Manages Work Package Managers (WPM) and Integration Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) Manager to ensure successful completion of respective milestones.
  • Other duties as directed by the Project Manager or functional Engineering Head.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience working on IT solution delivery projects
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Engineering or Project Management role
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Good knowledge on how large projects are managed
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong liaison and stakeholders management skills
  • Strong motivation to be involved in all phases of a project life cycle, from bids to project completion

2) (DEMAND phase) Co-solutioning high-level and detailed architecture of systems in projects based on bank’s Enterprise Architecture standards

· Guided by Group Enterprise Architects, collaborate with Application Owners to translate business requirements into a detailed enterprise-ready solution.

· Lead and get the necessary technical approvals to start the project.

· Provide technical input to Business’s Spend Papers

· Approval of Detailed Architecture at Technical Committees

· Approved Spend Paper

3)(DEMAND phase) Ensures technical team’s quality and timely deliverables during Request for Proposal (RFP) stage

· Identify technical evaluators

· Validate technical requirements and be accountable for technical team’s evaluation quality and deliverables during RFP.

· Solution selection

3)Develop, maintain, and manage the cross-project schedule, and dependencies as per bank’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Develop project timeline for technical deliverables.

· Anticipate and mitigate project related forecasts such as budget, resource, slippage, technical and IT security risks in advance.

· Identify and incorporate quality assurance activities as part of overall project plan.

· Identify baseline changes (e.g., changes which may affect the release budget, timeline, or benefits), and escalate them per change control guidelines.

· 1st Baseline (scope, budget and timeline) for technical deliverables

· System Go-Live

4) Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope as per bank’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Control scope, cost, timeline and compliance to IT Security for IT deliverables.

· Resolve issues with no remaining net risks to bank and its customers

· Risks and Issues Log

5) Coordinate and communicate project plans and activities to management, project members, vendors and governance. Secure commitment on delivery schedule from all parties.

• Oversee and manage vendor activities and assess performance.

• Surfacing risks and issues; with the objective of implementing remedial contingencies.

· End-to-End Stakeholder Management (Business and Technical)

· Managing Senior Management

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related discipline
  • Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years total work experience in Banking or Stock Broking industry is advantageous.
  • Experience of executing Agile Projects as Scrum Master is preferred.

The ideal candidate will bridge marketing and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery of data-driven marketing initiatives with a strong focus on governance, automation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Project Configuration : Create and manage JIRA projects, configure custom workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions tailored to the needs of marketing and technical teams.
  • Process Governance : Define and maintain governance over JIRA usage across teams to ensure consistency and data integrity in ticket management.
  • Agile Project Management : Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure tickets are properly scoped, prioritized, and estimated.
  • Reporting & Dashboards : Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign progress, development velocity, resource allocation, and blockers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of email, SMS, push, and multi-channel campaigns—from intake to creative execution, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Workflow Orchestration : Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to build and QA workflows, targeting plans, data queries, and triggers within Adobe Campaign.
  • Creative & Content Integration : Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are properly formatted, localized, and integrated into campaign templates.
  • Testing & QA Oversight : Develop and enforce QA checklists for data accuracy, dynamic content rendering, deliverability, and link tracking before deployment.
  • Scheduling & Approvals : Manage campaign calendars, approval workflows, and SLAs for launches and changes.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Requirements Gathering: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture and translate marketing objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Regular Updates & Documentation: Produce and share detailed project timelines, risk assessments, and post-deployment reviews.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential blockers or dependencies and escalate to the right teams or leadership with mitigation plans.
  • Training & Enablement: Support onboarding and upskilling of teams on JIRA usage, RTCDP functionality, and Campaign execution standards.

Operational Optimization & Strategic Alignment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within MarTech or digital campaign environments.

Project Management Project Configuration : Create and manage JIRA projects, configure custom workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions tailored to the needs of marketing and technical teams. Process Governance : Define and maintain governance over JIRA usage across teams to ensure consistency and data integrity in ticket management. Agile Project Management : Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure tickets are properly scoped, prioritized, and estimated. Reporting & Dashboards : Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign progress, development velocity, resource allocation, and blockers. Integration Management : Work with IT or development teams to integrate JIRA with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Git, Adobe Workfront, or ServiceNow) to streamline workflows and notifications. Adobe RTCDP & Campaign Oversight Data Source Coordination : Partner with data engineering teams to onboard, map, and validate first- and third-party data sources into Adobe RTCDP. Audience Strategy Execution : Translate business requirements into audience segmentation logic; manage audience creation, testing, version control, and activation flows. Identity & Schema Management : Work with Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM), identity graphs, and unified profiles to support real-time personalization and targeting. Monitoring & QA : Validate audience accuracy, data freshness, and real-time availability across channels before deployment. Privacy & Compliance : Ensure data usage complies with consent policies, opt-out mechanisms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Stakeholder Management Campaign Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of email, SMS, push, and multi-channel campaigns—from intake to creative execution, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis. Workflow Orchestration : Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to build and QA workflows, targeting plans, data queries, and triggers within Adobe Campaign. Creative & Content Integration : Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are properly formatted, localized, and integrated into campaign templates. Scheduling & Approvals : Manage campaign calendars, approval workflows, and SLAs for launches and changes. Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration Requirements Gathering:

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture and translate marketing objectives into technical deliverables. Regular Updates & Documentation:

Produce and share detailed project timelines, risk assessments, and post-deployment reviews. Risk Mitigation:

Proactively identify potential blockers or dependencies and escalate to the right teams or leadership with mitigation plans. Training & Enablement:

Support onboarding and upskilling of teams on JIRA usage, RTCDP functionality, and Campaign execution standards. Operational Optimization & Strategic Alignment Campaign Governance:

Define and document processes for campaign intake, prioritization, execution, and retrospectives. Automation Opportunities:

Identify and propose automation or integration improvements (e.g., triggers, dynamic audience refresh, real-time API-based campaign launches). Performance Measurement:

Work with analytics teams to define campaign KPIs and ensure tracking tags or data capture mechanisms are in place. Continuous Improvement:

Lead retrospectives and root-cause analyses for failed or delayed campaigns to improve future workflows. Qualifications

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within

MarTech

or digital campaign environments. Hands-on experience managing

JIRA

workflows, dashboards, and configurations. Proficiency in

Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP)

and

Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic) . Strong understanding of

data flows, segmentation logic, and campaign orchestration . Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving data engineers, developers, marketers, and compliance teams.   • Collaborate with Security Research team leaders to manage and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as resource utilization and allocation, to ensure optimal efficiency and project success.
  • Automate and enhance the delivery process using our internal tools (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot) to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
You have
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect or similar roles.
  • An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written).
  • Technical experience with blockchain technologies, Solidity/Rust, or cybersecurity.
  • Passion about the blockchain space and decentralization.
  • You have a technical background and are comfortable with reviewing code at a high-level for estimation purposes and code management tools (GitHub especially).
  • Superb organization and project management skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects with many stakeholders at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients on both technical and non-technical topics.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and familiar with Notion, Linear and GitHub.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, distributed team.
