We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to deliver AI solutions (chatbot & voice AI) for enterprise clients across APAC. As part of Customer Success, you’ll coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage AI implementation projects using Agile/Scrum.
- Translate client requirements into clear project plans.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Oversee timelines, risks, deliverables, and integrations.
- Support client demos, documentation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Engineering, or related.
- 4+ years in enterprise software or background in eCommerce/marketing agency project management (preferred).
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge (PMP preferred).
- Familiar with APIs, integrations, and SDLC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with project/collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Figma).

- Overall project management of SW projects.
- Responsible to liaise with vendors for technical and commercial aspects of the project within the software scope of works
- Coordinate the collection and validation of operational requirements (throughput, SKU profile, storage capacity, etc.).
- Review and approve system specifications, documentations, and test plans from vendors, ensuring they meet functional needs.
- Lead workshops with vendors and DIY operation team to define business requirements.
- Provide consultancy on software solutions including quotes and best practice processes.
- Responsible to liaise with vendors on planning, control, and execution of integration tests, user acceptance tests and performance tests.
- Responsible to liaise with vendors and internal DIY departments on purchasing of Network, IT related peripherals (Servers, PC, RFs, printers, AP, etc.) and DB / OS Licenses.
- Attends status review meetings with system vendor and ensure timely communication of project time schedule (in MS Project), updates, risks and decisions to management.
- Manage the change control process for scope, design, or schedule adjustments.
- Manage and oversee commissioning, UAT and integration test between automation software and WCS/WMS/ERP with vendors and operation team.
- Organize training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams.
- Plan and manage go-live activities and ramp-up support.
- Ensure as-built documentation and training materials are delivered.
Requirement:
- 3-5+ years of experience in implementing software solutions in logistics or warehousing.
- Knowledge in warehouse management processes, software testing methodologies and system integration.
- Knowledge in warehouse automation solutions, robotics and logistics processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and query writing (SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and local language.
- Effective communication and customer focused.
- Strong management, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary:
The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading the project team and delivering the project within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery. The candidate coordinates and monitors the implementation of all engineering tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a bid/project.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure engineering activities are well managed within constraints of bids/projects, approved architecture, design policy, contracts, and company quality requirements.
- Lead collaborative discussion and co-engineering between internal teams, vendors and customers to analyse, prioritise and validate stakeholders' requirements.
- Ensure that engineering scope, plans and activities satisfy customer requirements, and are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality.
- Work closely with Design Authority to oversee and approve the outcome of evaluation studies on design alternatives, and to provide advice to both the customer and internal technical teams.
- Through broad consultation, ensure the production of the required documentation in support of the project, to the satisfaction of the customer and internal senior management.
- Liaise with customers on technical, architectural and procedural issues as required, ensure that scope creep is avoided.
- Define the engineering work breakdown structure, project organisation structure, tasks schedule, engineering KPIs, and associated engineering tasks. Tailor as required and ensure all baseline requirements are met.
- Define the strategy for development, build increments, validation, and project commissioning.
- Follow up closely on defined KPIs and ensure issues discovered (such as risks of changes, schedule, anomalies, etc) are addressed promptly according to different project phases.
- Perform periodic reporting to internal senior management and customer according to Thales methodology (Chorus) and common methods such as SAFe/SCRUM.
- Ensure the implementation of multi-project synergies and lessons learnt, in order to optimize cost of technical solutions.
- Manage engineering risks & opportunities during bids and project phase, guarantees programme commitments, including those flown down to subcontractors and partners.
- Optimise technical work against costs, schedule and risks from design to validation and acceptance of the solution.
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed, in conjunction with the functional Engineering Head or Director.
- Manages Work Package Managers (WPM) and Integration Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) Manager to ensure successful completion of respective milestones.
- Other duties as directed by the Project Manager or functional Engineering Head.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Experience working on IT solution delivery projects
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Engineering or Project Management role

Job Description
Job Purpose:
Co-solutions, manages and delivers IT Projects approved by Approving Authorities adhering to policies and procedures set by Quality Management, Risk and Compliance.
The section hiring is responsible for projects in bank Investment Banking Group (Malaysia and International). Travelling may be required.

3)Develop, maintain, and manage the cross-project schedule, and dependencies as per bank’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). | · Develop project timeline for technical deliverables. · Anticipate and mitigate project related forecasts such as budget, resource, slippage, technical and IT security risks in advance. · Identify and incorporate quality assurance activities as part of overall project plan. · Identify baseline changes (e.g., changes which may affect the release budget, timeline, or benefits), and escalate them per change control guidelines. | · 1st Baseline (scope, budget and timeline) for technical deliverables · System Go-Live |

5) Coordinate and communicate project plans and activities to management, project members, vendors and governance. Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related discipline
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years total work experience in Banking or Stock Broking industry is advantageous.
- Experience of executing Agile Projects as Scrum Master is preferred.

- Technically-savvy in solutioning application high level and detailed architecture
- Ability to manage and thrive under pressure and conflicting demands, with prioritisation of tasks and workload.
- Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory as this position will be dealing with cross-functional teams, business and senior management
- Strong leadership is mandatory in ensuring showstopping issues (regardless technical and non-technical) are resolved correctly, by the right people and promptly.
- Exposure in regional projects would be an added advantage.
