+ Work with Developers, Architects, M&E Consultants, Subcontractors and vendor for Vertical Transportations - Elevators and Escalators constructions and installations
+ Apply project management and project execution based on contractual agreements between company and customers
+ Work with internal processes to ensure project completion timeline is met
+ Review and understand design and technical requirements and specifications of Vertical Transportation equipment
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum a Diploma in any Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil
+ Between 3 to 5 years of experience in Elevator industry

**POSTING**
In this role, you will:

- Leads pre-sales process for high-impact projects by articulating the business value proposition associated with the project/change, evaluating associated complexities and risks to ensure feasibility of commercial offer, and reviewing work of peers for quality. Participates in review of proposed scope and assists in developing Statement of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), estimates, preliminary risk assessments, etc.
Planning
- Develops detailed project management plan to drive predictable delivery for large and/or complex projects, leveraging expertise and experience to drive scope, resources, and Microsoft project schedule in alignment and collaboration with customer plan. Ensures use of baselining, resource load balancing, and application of work effort, dependency management, contingency planning, and utilization of software (e.g., Timeline).
- Establishes clear expectations and accountabilities (e.g., reconfirm scope, Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed matrix) with all project team members (e.g., consultants) and stakeholders, as well as other Consulting Project Managers, for teams of high complexity by leading internal and external kick-off meetings (e.g., sales to delivery handoff, formal kick-off meetings); may act as a lead project manager. Proactively engages broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including those who are impacted by project scope/outcome, but not directly involved (e.g., Enterprise Operating Unit, India Global Delivery, customer stakeholders) and engages subject matter experts in holistic planning activities, including team validation. 
Monitoring and Controlling
- Orchestrates and oversees a broad range of project metrics on large, complex projects with high visibility (e.g., Vice President-level) through others. Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success and adapts to high-impact changes throughout project lifecycle.
- Proactively manages risks and issues within and across large, complex projects leveraging previous experience and subject matter expertise to evaluate trends in risks and optimize mitigation strategies across projects using qualitative analyses (e.g., probability, impact, urgency) mitigation plan for high impact/probability risks. Leads recoveries and engages in resolving escalations across other projects and ensures tools are updated. Manages issue closure as a high priority and utilizes contingency planning to proactively respond when risks become issues.

Drives incremental process improvement by reflecting on and broadly sharing lessons learned (e.g., leading transformative projects, sharing stories with executives, developing case studies). Creates and suggests improvements to intellectual property (IP), provides feedback to managers on team member performance, and conducts closeout interviews with team members.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 12+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, or leading portfolio management, complex programs, or revenue-driven programs more than USD $5mil, strong pre-sales and proposal delivery experience

**Job Overview**
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for foreseeing project opportunities and issues and adjusting strategies to embrace or mitigate them. They directly influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers regularly. The Senior Project Manager has bottom-line accountability for the financial and technical success of the project or area of project responsibility. They are responsible for the pursuit, capture, and management of all phases of medium and/or complex projects. They are accountable for the financial and technical success of the project, and they lead Project and/or Discipline Managers to achieve project objectives.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
+ Manage Lump Sum Turnkey EPC or EPFI (Engineer Procure Construct, or Engineer Procure Fabricate and Install) Projects in the range of $100m to $500m (typical)
+ EPFC Phase- Responsible for all matters pertaining to the project and project execution in accordance with the contract and the project's HSE, project security, quality, schedule, and financial goals
+ Accountable to McDermott management and the client for McDermott team performance
+ Maintain the authority to direct the Project Team within the bounds of McDermott policy and engage Senior Management for resolution of project issues and conflicts
+ May be assigned during the Precontract phase to manage the preparation of the Proposal in coordination with the Commercial team
+ During the Proposal phase, responsible for oversight of the Estimate preparation, associated support documentation, preparation of Bid and Project execution strategy, and will lead the Risk and Opportunity management program, among other activities
+ Act as McDermott's principal representative, responsible for all matters pertaining to the FEED execution effort in accordance with the contract and the project's HSE, quality, schedule, and financial goals
+ Hold accountability for the development of FEED Win-it strategy
+ The FEED Project Manager is McDermott's principal representative who is responsible for all matters pertaining to the FEED execution effort in accordance with the contract and the project's HSE, quality, schedule, and financial goals

+ Ensure compliance with the contract in all aspects

+ Ensure robust decision-making process is utilized and recorded

+ Properly perform closeout activities, and submit documents as required by the contract and Closeout Procedure
+ Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
**Essential Qualifications and Education**
+ EPC PM: 15+ years relevant industry experience (Min. 8 years as a PM); FEED PM: 10+ years relevant industry experience (Min. 5 years as a FEED PM)
+ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, Architecture, etc.) or Construction Management
+ Post Graduate Management qualification an advantage
+ Ability to develop Project's Execution strategy, Profit Plan, and objectives to ensure efficient and effective implementation, aligned with McDermott Policies, overall business strategy, and objectives
+ Technical competency in the subject matter of the Project to be able to manage the implications of technical challenges and selection of key project team members
+ Effective and efficient communication skills
+ Capacity to maintain a working knowledge of the project as part of overall Project accountability and ensure implementation of required corrective actions
+ Data analytics-focused in support of tracking and trending of Project Performance
+ Ability to assist Project Directors in problem-solving and conflict resolution
+ Ability to provide recommendations to the Operations group in the development of policies and procedures as part of the continuous improvement process
+ Ability to understand and be able to communicate the link between the Project and corporate needs
+ Champion implementation and adherence to McDermott's Processes, Procedures, and tools on the Project
+ Ability to strategies and foresee potential issues
+ Knowledgeable/insight into work planning, schedule, cost controls, risk management, progress measurement, and forecasting to drive the Project and its financial performance
