- Expertise in AirCond, Chiller related job scope in Facilities Management
- To implement operation related standards and procedures, preventive & planned maintenance program, repair & replacement initiative program and helpdesk management. Minimizing the risk of plant failure.
- Be competent and experienced in maintenance and operations of data center and/or critical environment space.
- Responsible in managing both hard service and soft service operation. To ensure all agreed procedures and standards are implemented.
- Assume overall responsibility for all site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
- Monitor, measure and report upon the performance of all specialist contractors in terms of their ability to carry out the work against the agreed contractual budget.
- Co-ordinate meetings periodically with contractors, specialist vendors and suppliers to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below expectations.
- Ensure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment.
- Assist/support the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the site.
- Ensure asset information is maintained and changes are updated within the CMMS.
- Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site Client’s expectations are met.
- Recommend continuous management initiatives and energy management plan. Actively search-out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the energy efficiency (PUE – Power Utilization Efficiencies).
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce cost and improve operational standards. Actively search-out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the service delivery provided by JLL.
- Managing ad-hoc related projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
- Sound interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers and Client representatives. Sound written and oral communication skill. Good presentation skills required for client review meeting.
- Sound computer skills in window-based operating system and possess AutoCAD skill will be advantage.
- Work independently and possess leadership qualities.
- Provide services in keeping with client’s cultural and company requirements.
- Be willing to assist & mentor colleagues.
- Contribute via regular feedback, to the overall performance of the delivery team.
- Works towards individual targets, monitor and manage individuals and Vendor performance.
- Be able to make difficult decisions and resolve problems or improve operations.
- Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
- To ensure that the financial processes are being followed including timely financial reporting submission.
- Responsible in vendor financial management – understand vendor scope against SLA/KPI and costing.
- Actively work to ensure that the site financial operations are as per agreed budget/target.
- To ensure the site provision of safe working environment and compliance to HSE standards.
- Competent in undertaking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
- Work closely with HSE Executive in overall planning, executing and delivering HSE procedures to all activities at site.
Tertiary Qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.
Must be Certified Data Centre Professional
6 - 8 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space.
2 - 3 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff.
Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation of

Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, e.g. CRAU, chillers,
PDU, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, Security
Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate

Implement details policies and procedures that support compliance with professional standards (MIA, AOB, PCAOB, IESBA, IFRS etc.) Draft thought leadership material to support both internally and externally focused campaigns. Perform technical consultations and reviews. Research and document accounting, financial reporting and auditing issues. Maintain the Firm’s templates, programs and checklists relevant to the conduct of professional services. Prepare technical training material and technical update. Maintain and update the Firm’s technical library.
Education
Minimum Degree in Accounting or any relevant field Qualified accountant – MIA/ACCA/CPA Australia, or equivalent.
Working Experience
Minimum 5 years (for manager) or 3 years (for senior) audit or technical support experience. Team player.
Technical & Professional Knowledge / Membership
Member of any relevant professional bodies. Knowledge of the professional standards in accounting, auditing and financial reporting (e.g. IFRS, ISA). A demonstrated commitment to excellence in compliance with professional standards. Ability to perform technical consultations and reviews. Ability to research and document accounting and auditing standards issues. Ability to translate technical literature into commonly understood language and usable data. People management experience (for manager). Excellent communication skill. Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent written and oral presentation skills required. A desire to help grow and develop the department, and the ability to develop self and others.

We are supporting our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector , in their search for a highly experienced and driven Senior Technical Manager . This pivotal role will lead their engineering team in the design, development, and execution of large-scale solar (LSS) projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in renewable energy, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for both technical oversight and team leadership:
Technical Leadership:
Guide Project Lifecycle: Lead the engineering team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and testing to successful execution and delivery of large-scale solar projects.
Optimize System Design: Provide expert technical guidance to ensure optimal system design, seamless integration, and efficient delivery of solar solutions.
Resolve Complex Challenges: Effectively diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, even under tight deadlines.
Strategic Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination throughout all project phases.
Cost-Effective Solutions: Analyze and recommend innovative, efficient, and cost-effective design options to maximize project profitability and sustainability.
Tender Management: Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) submissions.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to technical documentation and project procedures, ensuring best practices.
Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, codes, and technological advancements in renewable energy, applying this knowledge to project development.
Implementation Support: Provide critical technical support during the implementation phase of projects, ensuring successful deployment.
Team & Operational Management:
Resource Management: Strategically plan and manage engineering resources, software, and equipment, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal systems and processes, improving overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
Capability Building: Develop and deliver technical training programs to continuously build and enhance the capabilities of the engineering team.
Performance & Development: Oversee team performance, foster career development, and provide mentorship to engineers.
Talent Development: Proactively identify and address skill gaps within the team, implementing strategies to bridge those gaps.
Reporting & Strategy: Report on project and team performance to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Certification: SEDA GCPV PV System Design qualification or an equivalent certification.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry.
Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role within a relevant technical field.
System Knowledge (Advantageous): Experience with electrical power and medium voltage systems is a significant advantage.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of developing and motivating technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a capacity for strategic thinking.
