Senior SEA Technical Recruiter @ RiDiK/CLPS

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in Singapore .

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Managers and technical leads to define role requirements, including technical skills, experience levels, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active technical candidates, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, and industry events.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job descriptions and posting to job boards, to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent, proactively engaging with candidates to nurture long-term relationships and ensure a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience, providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives within technical communities, such as participating in tech meetups, hosting webinars, or sharing content that highlights our company’s technical culture and projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring software engineers, data scientists, or other technical roles in a fast-paced environment (tech startup or SaaS company experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools to manage pipelines and source candidates.
  • Strong interview skills, with the ability to assess technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit through behavioral and technical screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets while maintaining quality and candidate satisfaction.

  • Own the development of the recruitment strategy for relevant Business Units in order to deliver on hiring priorities/needs
  • Develop and establish business acumen to drive a better hiring and candidate experience
  • Own relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic advice throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment metrics to share at any point in time
  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates
  • Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of qualified profiles across different levels and skill sets in the business
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle to deliver a high quality candidate experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented to ensure Talent Acquisition processes are carried out well
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong stakeholder management and proven track record of working cross-functionally to achieve targets and goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Malaysia's Talent Landscape to be a strong talent advisor to business leaders
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment managing both high volume and specialist roles
  • Excellent sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping
  • Ability to speak multiple languages to support a variety of hiring needs

  • Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning, and quarterly & monthly reviews.
  • Proactively communicate, collaborate, and serve as a business partner by adding value to the business through insights, expertise, and professionalism.
