**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Senior Cross Technology Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist / Technical Lead is involved in highly complex environments for installation, integration, deployment, configuration and fault management. This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning. This role works towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge. This role has advanced proficiency across two or more technologies, namely Networking, Data Centre, Security, Customer experience, Collaboration and/or End User Compute.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet more complex requirements of a solution.
+ Escalates unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
+ Delegates lower complexity tasks to engineers and technicians.
+ Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the engineers, in line with performance targets, leading by example and monitoring the quality of engineer's and technician's work when required.
+ Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
+ Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
+ Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
+ Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the Engineers, in line with performance targets.
+ May be required to serve periodically on the customer service desk, providing third line telephonic, remote and on-site support and problem management.
+ Included in complex design work, with input to the design expected.
+ Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
+ Engages vendors for priority escalations or bugs found during deployments.

What you'll do:
Delivery Managers will often play a people / team management role within the projects / programmes they work on. As members of the WPB Global Transformation management team, they will also have line management responsibility for a group of more junior resources within their resource pool (as related to their job family). i.e., Alongside project delivery responsibilities, the Delivery Manager may have a line responsibility for a pool of junior Delivery Managers or Business Analyst (people management, performance management, resource management and professional development).
Value Creation:
+ Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk. Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.
+ Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in HSBC Change Framework. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and variance from plan.
+ Plans and analyses costs, tracking operating and capital spend, and tracks reporting to financial business case commitments.

What you'll do:
+ Delivery Managers will often play a people / team management role within the projects / programmes they work on. + Report on project outcomes and present findings to project partners and stakeholders.
+ Utilize GE Vernova Product knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement, change management (costs base reduction, lead time reduction, productivity improvement, quality improvement, etc)

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college experience.
+ You have strong electricity industry knowledge, with 2+ years relevant work experience.
+ You will bring strong analysis skills including requirements elicitation and management skills.
+ You understand how to trace a requirement to a design specification and the test plans / cases.
+ You are comfortable automating processes and utilizing or building scripting solutions to support product solutions.
+ You bring software development experience and a strong understanding of the SDLC and integrating custom solutions into a product, in our case the GE Vernova GridOS and Performance products.
+ You are highly familiar with emerging energy industry trends and implications on utility clients in the area of DER management, distribution planning, IT, SCADA and asset management with a strong background in analysis

**Overall responsibilities:**
The overall responsibilities of a Technical Support Team Lead include:
+ Ensure agents follow BD Customer Support protocols
+ Partner with the Customer Support Manager to optimize processes to improve the customer experience, helping drive account expansion and customer renewals
+ Understand and leverage monthly resource utilization metrics, resource planning and resource projections
+ Monitor and drive efficiency in case handling/aging, agent availability, knowledge article utilization, etc.
+ Drive efficient and effective escalation of cases
