The Professional Services Consulting area is responsible for providing fee-for-service consulting services to clients by providing a complete project solution to achieve measurable business improvement using company products and services, defining opportunity/process around outsourced solutions, systems integration or other proprietary tools.

What you’ll be doing

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design

- Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements

- Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices

- Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers

- Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship

- Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team

- Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community

- Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions

What you’ll bring to the table

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines

- 1-3 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions

- Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc)

- A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains

- Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions

- Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Proficiency in technical skills such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical skills

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)

  • Working closely with customers to design solutions involving information security and compliance needs on SAP

    The Team

    Our Forensic, Discovery, & Financial Crime offering provides services to support anti-money laundering, discovery, business disputes and investigations. We help protect brands from financial crime and other corporate misconduct, as well as empower government organizations with advanced tradecraft and technology to combat emerging and evolving threats.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 +years of experience in private or public sector AML and/or sanctions-focused activities including Project Management Experience
    • Subject matter expertise in AML/sanctions regulations as they apply to financial institutions, including retail, wholesale and international banks, broker dealers, mutual funds and insurance companies
    • Ability to develop AML/OFAC compliance policies and procedures and review other relevant policy and procedure manuals as appropriate
    • Ability to provide advice regarding applicable AML/OFAC regulations and requirements to the business across the three lines of defense on regulatory, transactional and documentation issues
    • Proficiency in using AML Monitoring systems and related software
    • Experience in managing a team of professional AML/OFAC compliance practitioners
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a business
    • Experience submitting written and oral reports to senior management and clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and investigative skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
