About the Role
Join our dynamic Product Lifetime Management team as an Online Product Configurator (OLC) Programmer. In this role, you will be instrumental in modifying and maintaining our online product configuration tool, supporting sales teams with a highly configurable and user-friendly front-end solution. Your expertise will help translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure high-quality, bug-free software that meets the needs of engineering and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Program unit tests and perform user acceptance testing, identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to gather requirements.
- Work with engineering teams to implement product handling rules.
- Maintain existing configurable products alongside corporate master data teams.
- Develop within Adobe Experience Manager Forms and manage configuration change processes.
- Create and maintain sales tools to support further automation.
- Communicate updates and new releases to relevant business units.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in web development using TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Ideally, with Adobe Experience Manager or any major CMS.
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Configuration Management (SCM) Engineer to lead and manage software configuration control processes in a DO-178C governed aerospace development environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving configuration management (CM) practices for safety-critical embedded software systems.
This role requires hands-on experience with Subversion (SVN), IBM tools (DOORS NG, ETM, EWM), and JIRA, ensuring compliance with DO-178C objectives and traceability across software development life cycles (SDLC).
The Senior SCM Engineer will work closely with software, systems, and quality assurance teams to enforce robust configuration and change management practices in a highly regulated aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Software Configuration Management (SCM) Strategy & Implementation
•Develop and maintain SCM processes in compliance with standards.
•Define and enforce configuration management procedures for source code, baselines, releases, and change control.
•Ensure all CM activities align with software development and verification lifecycle processes.
2.Version Control & Repository Management
•Administer SVN repositories, ensuring structured branching, tagging, and merging strategies.
•Maintain software baselines and ensure proper build and release management.
•Establish automated build and versioning mechanisms to support development and verification teams.
3.Change Management & Process Control
•Implement and enforce change control policies, ensuring all software modifications are approved, documented, and traceable.
•Work with software engineers, quality assurance, and project managers to assess and integrate change requests.
•Maintain an audit trail of all software changes in compliance standard guidelines.
4.Traceability & Compliance
•Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, source code, test cases, and software releases.
•Generate configuration status accounting (CSA) reports to demonstrate compliance
•Support certification audits and provide documentation required for regulatory approvals.
•Provide mentorship and training to software teams on SCM best practices, version control policies, and compliance requirements.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, systems engineering, quality assurance, and certification teams.
•Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance configuration control methodologies.
Technical Expertise:
•Strong experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) .
•Proficiency in SVN (branching, merging, tagging, repository administration).
•Experience with IBM ELM tools
•Experience with JIRA for tracking software changes and managing workflows.
•Strong understanding of software lifecycle development.
•Knowledge of software build management, versioning, and release control.
•Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) to automate CM tasks is a plus.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in software configuration management
•Experience with compliance audits and software certification processes is preferred

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
- Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
- Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
- Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.

Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Subsea Inspection Management System database and workflows. Ensure all inspection and intervention activities are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirement(s):
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Subsea, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification. Knowledge of subsea systems, inspection methods (ROV, diver, NDT), and intervention techniques. Experience with Subsea Inspection Management Systems or equivalent asset integrity software.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Resolve cases escalated from Level 1
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to Level 1 agents
• Maintain our case management system to a high level of accuracy, ensuring all queries are recorded, solved, or escalated, as appropriate.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions
• Take initiative and support continuous improvement of our customers experience by proactively identifying case trends, researching potential challenges, and creating solutions.
• Support digital deflection initiatives by guiding customers to self-service options
• Ensure no cases remain unresolved beyond company SLA guidelines
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure that the quality of the support meets The Access Customer Service standards by delivering against and exceeding your objectives.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• The ability to develop a broad knowledge of our software.
• An ability to grasp technical concepts and new product functionality quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Hospitality or customer service experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 coverage
• The ability to act as a role model for best practice and actively promote a positive working environment. You deliver value to the business, effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Effective communication skills. You are a confident, clear, and warm communicator with a flexible and constructive approach to customers and to the team alike.
