**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ To ensure all servicing, replacements, repairs and troubleshooting work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Company's maintenance program and work schedule.
+ To report all abnormal findings to superior, supervisor and or engineer for further action.
+ To ensure that all the work performed (i.e. servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown) are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer.
+ To attend as soon as reasonably possible, to all breakdown callback assignment. Priority is to be given for 'man trap' situation.
+ To perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor and or Engineer.
+ Maybe required for 24-hour Breakdown Callback Standby duties.
+ Any other duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum SPM, preferably with technical certificate
+ Basic Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical knowledge with 1 year related experience.
+ Able to trouble shoot and solve technical problem will have added advantage.
+ Familiar with lift and escalator operation.
+ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
+ Results-driven and committed.
+ Comfortable dealing with customers.

**In this role, you are expected to:**
The role of the Assistant Vice President, Client Technical Integration, sits within our Technical Integration Group, reporting to one of our Team Leaders. In the role you will be working directly with our top-tier clients from project kick-off to go-live, helping them to integrate their ERP/TMS systems with Citi's powerful set of Cash Management, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Card applications.
The main objective of the role is to deliver Client Solutions on time and to spec, whilst providing an exceptional client experience. This is achieved through excellent communication, superior product knowledge, the ability to see things from our customer's perspective and Project Management discipline.
We work in a multi-client, multi-project organization, so you will be expected to handle a varied workload and prioritize effectively. Although a technical mind-set is required to be successful in the role, the specific technical knowledge related to electronic banking projects (e.g. connectivity, security, file formats, testing, etc.) is not a mandatory requirement for an applicant, although favorable. As long as you have the willingness to learn, and the ability to pick up things quickly you will be considered.
Key functions of the role will include:
+ Day to day management of a portfolio of electronic banking projects.
+ Ensuring that all projects are governed to meet our ISO Quality Standards and Audit criteria.
+ Build great external client relationships, and internal partnerships with supporting parts of the organization.

+ Manage the internal setup process and teams responsible for connectivity & security, engaging the correct resources via the correct tools, remaining the single face to the external client.
+ Manage the internal setup process and teams responsible for configuring the various inbound and/or outbound files in scope of the project, remaining the single face to the external client.
+ Providing guidance to the external client as required during their development efforts, being able to comfortably liaise with the client in both business and technical language as appropriate. Engaging an internal network of knowledge and experience as required to get accurate and timely feedback to your client while again remaining the single face to the client.
+ Manage and track against a formal testing program that will cover the scope of work in the most efficient manner: connectivity, file format, file content, etc. Managing the internal test resources to get accurate and timely feedback during the testing phase while remaining the single face to the client.
+ Manage the formal change processes to promote the solution to production, obtaining and documenting the relevant sign offs and ensuring it is scheduled in line with the clients expectations.
+ Manage initial production support for production testing and hyper care period. Monitoring and engaging the relevant internal production support teams as required to ascertain the root cause of any issues in a timely manner.
+ Help manage a formal project closure process, feeding back on lessons learned, and formally handing on-going production support to the Citi Service team.
**As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ Bachelor's/University degree
+ 5- 10 years' experience working in a bank / financial institution or a corporate position working in the financial area (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury).
+ Proficiency in spoken Mandarin (support Taiwan & China) and/or Korean (support Korea).
+ Cash Management knowledge (Payments & Receivables).
+ Host to Host Banking technical knowledge (preferable): Connectivity (SWIFT, SFTP, etc), Encryption Tools (PGP, Symantec, etc), Electronic File Formats (ISO20022 XML, MT101, etc).
+ Corporate financial ERP / TMS knowledge (preferable): SAP, Oracle, SaaS Platforms (Kyriba, GTreasury, Revel, etc)
+ Communication - ability to select the appropriate communication method for different scenarios, and be comfortable communicating to various levels of seniority internally and externally.
+ Time management - ability to effectively priorities a varied workload in a dynamic environment.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**

As a IT Technical Support at AE, you will play a critical role in delivering assistance for hardware and software issues encountered by users using their personal computer, laptop, monitors, keyboards, printers, wireless scanners and printers, mobile devices, wifi access and other peripherals, etc.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Receives, responds to, troubleshoots, and corrects IT related technical problems from internal customers.
2. Tracks PC problems and resolves them in a prompt and courteous manner.
3. Logs, monitor, resolve and close tickets in the Service Desk Tool.
4. Directs advanced technical problems to the appropriate resource when necessary via helpdesk platform.
5. Works on software installation, update, and configuration as directed by PC Coordinator(s).
6. Works on the installation, configuration, and placement of new PCs, as well as assisting with the PC roll-down process.
7. Works on the maintaining, configuration of printers, copy machine and PABX(or VOIP) etc.
8. Works on the updating support information such as PC inventory, PC Loaners, IT assets etc.
9. Assists with training for new hires and internal customers.
10. Works with PC Support Coordinator(s) to determine daily/weekly priorities and to troubleshoot advanced technical problems.
11. Evaluate and purchase IT equipment and network systems, etc., including computers, printers, network equipment, instruments, etc.
12. Adhere to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies and general duty of care.
13. Other duties assigned.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
+ Location: Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat Penang.
+ Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (PC, telephone, copier, fax machine, etc.).
+ Spends much time working directly with server equipment, printers, and network equipment.
+ Work in shift (day/night) based on shift assigned.
+ Works under limited supervision.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Microsoft Windows operating Systems, outlook, Office.
+ Microsoft Active Directory mainly include domain account & DHCP maintaining.
+ Local and network printers(or multifunction) configuration and trouble-shooting.
+ Wireless LAN configuration and installation.
+ Mobile Smart devices installation and configuration(IOS or Android).
+ Networking skill: PABX(Siemens), VOIP(Cisco).
+ Laptop and Desktop ground up setup, deployment and repair.
**EXPERIENCE:**
**Essential:**
+ Proficient in English (oral and written communication).
+ Minimum 2 years of LAN and PC experiences.
+ Good analytical trouble-shooting skills.
+ Good problem analysis and solving techniques.
+ Must be patient, customer focus and customer service orientated.
**Desirable:**
+ 2 year plus years experience working with both networking and Microsoft systems.
+ 2 years supporting Active Directory in a production environment.

**EDUCATION:**

+ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT related field.
**Desirable:**
