Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination and monitoring in compliance with specification and Project Quality Plan requirements and in all areas related to QAQC.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and subcontractor/supplier quality audit.
• To oversee the inspection and verification roles and quality related issues
• To assist structural, M&E and architecture departments
• Liaise with sub-contractors/customers on site quality issues.
• Verify that non-conformance are reworked and acceptable for release/closure.
• To ensure materials and workmanship compliance with specifications
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or other professional qualification

Skills & Abilities

• Effective communication skills
• Willing to work on shift
• Good knowledge of construction activities

Job Description

Troubleshoot, repair and replace any faulty equipment in compliance to standards set by supervisor.

Supporting technical investigations and providing solutions for customers' complaints and issues.

Receive deliveries of tools, equipment, and supplies and transfer them to work stations or other areas as dictated by supervisor.

Ensure that all technical requirements are met during project implementation; check that all necessary drawings and specifications are included in the contract.

Prepare reports on progress against work orders, spot any inconsistencies, and provide regular updates to supervisor.

Manage storage warehouse and logistics preparation.

Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.

Education and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering field or related.
• Minimum working experience of 1 year.
• High level of conceptual, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills on related tasks.
• Multi-tasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess a driving license and willing to travel outstation.

Job Responsibilities : Assist in the receiving, storing, and issuing of tools, equipment, and materials as per company procedures. Support warehouse and workshop activities, including preparation of materials for site deployment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, and report any damages or defects to the Supervisor. Assist with packing, labeling, and loading/unloading of goods for project mobilization or demobilization. Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company HSE guidelines in all workshop or site activities. Maintain clean and organized work areas

, including proper housekeeping in storage or staging zones. Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or line manager. Requirements : Possess minimum SPM or equivalent. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in logistics, or warehousingin oil and gas. English proficiency and able to communicate. Understanding of workplace safetyprocedures and ability to follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines. Must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment/materials. Familiar with warehouse operations, storage practices, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision. Eagerness to gain new skills and adapt to different tasks as required by project needs.
