Currently, their data management team is handling data integration for more than 100 large FMCG companies throughout the Southeast Asia Region. They are looking for a Software Engineer to join their Data Management team.
The new role
- Participate in the software development life-cycle
- Perform system testing and documentation whenever necessary
- Analyze and design new core modules
- Participate in the creation of new Cloud services and products
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing
- Maintain and support project post-implementation activities
Requirements to succeed
You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or relevant fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.

Day-to-day, you will:
Team Leadership & Development
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
· Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and create individual development plans for team members to support growth, training, and career progression.
· Ensure the team's well-being, motivation, and engagement by fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
· Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and encourage cross-functional collaboration
Technical Oversight & Strategy
· Provide technical guidance and code review for complex frontend implementations
· Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
· Stay current with frontend technologies and evaluate new tools/frameworks for team adoption
· Ensure technical solutions align with broader product and business objectives
Process Management & Delivery
· Design and implement clear, efficient development processes that scale with team growth
· Drive sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives using agile methodologies
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, decisions, and technical architecture
· Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and successful project execution
· Identify bottlenecks and systematically remove obstacles blocking team progress
Stakeholder Management
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and realistic timelines
· Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
· Manage expectations and negotiate scope/timeline adjustments when necessary
· Provide regular status updates and escalate risks proactively
· Build strong relationships with Product, Design, and Backend teams
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• 6+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role
• Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with backend technologies and API design principles
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and module federation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blog writing
• Experience with design systems and component library development
• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus

OverviewWe are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – .NET Web Development to join our Group Technical Delivery team. About This RoleAs a Software Development Manager, you will be working directly with the product engineering leaders to drive the direction of our platform leveraging your experience and entrepreneurial spirit. What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
- Modularize our features to allow for reusable components to seamlessly integrate in multiple products.
- Identify process improvements and best practices to increase team efficiency and product quality.
- Be a change agent in continuously improving the technical platform for our products.
- Participate and encourage new technologies and tools through proof of concept to support a best-in-class product suite.
- Mentor team members in new technologies, architecture, and CI/CD needs.
- Collaborate with peers and technical leaders to identify constraints and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the feature teams.
- Contribute and improve the architecture to be flexible and scalable with business needs.
- 5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working with remote team members in an agile environment with working knowledge on how work gets from idea to production
- Excellent React and front-end development skills and consuming API services
- Comfortable with HTML5 and grid-based CSS frameworks like Bootstrap
- Excellent Java 8+ and Java Spring experience. Will focus on Spring Boot and Spring Data feature sets
- Ability to write MySQL queries (MongoDB experience a plus)
- Strong Python skills utilizing packages such as Pandas, PySpark and Numpy
- Deep understanding and application of modern data processing technology stacks. For example, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, and others
- Understanding of the theory and application of Continuous Integration/Delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- AWS experience
- Passion for automotive technology and innovation
