Job Description
The Representative Talent Acquisition ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to support recruiting activities.
**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment programs
+ Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks
+ Assist with scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
+ Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools

+ Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers
+ Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants, as necessary

**Candidate Profile**
+ Associate's Degree in related field with less than one year of relevant experience preferred
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in a high-velocity environment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact
+ Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
+ Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company. **This role specifically supports the Japan market.**
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
+ Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
+ Support both internal/external sourcing and placement of candidates.
+ Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
+ Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
+ Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Recruit for entry-level to Sr level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

As the **Talent Acquisition Specialist** , you'll be the key point of contact delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers across all levels. You'll support the recruitment lifecycle by managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and assisting in sourcing and branding efforts. You'll work closely with TA Managers to ensure a seamless and professional hiring process.
**What You'll Do**
+ Manage ATS updates, job postings, and interview scheduling
+ Support sourcing, CV screening, and candidate communication
+ Build passive talent pipelines and ensure hiring compliance
**Key Performance Metrics**
+ Time-to-fill per requisition
+ Interview scheduling accuracy and turnaround time
+ Candidates experience scores (e.g., post-interview surveys)
+ ATS data accuracy and completion rate
+ Volume of sourced and screened candidates
+ Compliance with hiring protocols and documentation
**Required Qualifications**
+ University degree preferred.
+ Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
+ Strong skills in MS Office and recruitment systems.
+ Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
+ Organized, able to multitask under pressure.
