Job Summary
  • Responsible for defining a forward-looking roadmap and delivering scalable, future-ready solutions within the domain of cards and digital payments.
  • Accountable for architecture design and end-to-end solution delivery for card issuance and transaction processing systems.
  • Engage in technical solution development, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and implementation tracking.

  • Deep domain expertise in issuing/acquiring transactions and relevant operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set the technical direction and architecture for web & mobile frontends, championing React, React Native, and micro-frontend best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable Module Federation patterns to enable independent deployment of features.
  • Optimize performance (bundle size, TTI, runtime efficiency) to ensure lightning-fast user experiences.
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to define API contracts and end-to-end delivery plans.
  • Establish and enforce standards for testing, CI/CD, accessibility, and maintainable code.
  • Proactively identify technical risks and drive resolution, ensuring stability, security, and future scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Deep expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript, and modern state-management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
  • Proven track record designing micro-frontend / Module Federation architectures in production.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced performance-optimization techniques (code-splitting, lazy loading, web vitals, profiler tooling).
  • Hands-on experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time services (WebSockets, SSE).
  • Demonstrated people-leadership skills: mentorship, feedback, hiring, and roadmap influence.
  • Solid grasp of automated testing (unit, component, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Ability to translate business & UX requirements into technical deliverables while managing scope and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication, able to articulate complex ideas to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
