Position Overview:The Finance & Administrative Coordinator will oversee daily financial activities, manage HR documentation, and support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:1. Finance & Accounts Management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
2. HR Coordination
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.).

3. Administrative Support

- Track progress, results, and follow-up actions using our reporting systems.
- Keep all project documentation accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with the operations team to align inspections with overall project goals.
Job Summary:
As the Project Coordinator under Inspection Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of inspections projects within the organization. This includes scheduling inspections, coordinating with inspectors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and tracking and reporting on inspection status & results. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all inspections are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule inspections and ensure that all necessary parties are notified and prepared
- Coordinate with inspectors and stakeholders to ensure that inspections are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
- Maintain system for tracking inspection status & results and ensuring that any necessary corrective actions are taken
- Provide regular reports to management on inspection status & results and related metrics
- Monitor implementation of standard operating procedures for inspection activities
- Continuously review and improve inspection processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that all inspection-related documentation is complete and accurate
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all inspection-related activities are integrated into the overall operational plan
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including inspectors, management, and other staff members
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field related to Management, Administration and Operation Management.
- Experience in a related role will be an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
