KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To work in partnership with and support the teaching staff, principally in connection with the care and education of pupils attending nursery or reception classes, but also other classes as deemed appropriate.

Teaching Assistant is required to commence in January 2026. We are seeking teaching assistant who can assist for EYC up at to Primary.
KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the class teacher by working with the children so that they can fulfill their social, personal and academic goals.
- To assist the teacher by being aware of what the class teacher has planned for the day and the routines that they have has set up.
- To be observant enough to pick out any child who may need help and to check with the class teacher on measures to be taken to help him/her.
- To help in the preparation of resources and to display children's work.
- To attend all the staff briefings and be ready to attend staff training and professional development conducted in school.
- Teaching assistant must be ready to take on supervisory duties outside the classroom when asked by the Principal/Head of Section/Deputies
- Teaching assistant must remember that the safety and security of the students is of paramount importance.
- Teaching assistant must reflect the core values of TEG, and encourage them in the students
- To carry out whatever directives that may be issued from time to time by the Principal/Head of Section/Deputies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Proficient in English language.
- At least 1 year of working experience with an international school is preferred.
