We are looking for people who

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing brand health metrics (e.g., Brand Health Tracker, NPS)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management as they pertain to brand communications.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of branding trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

Product Development Engineer (Enterprise Memory Characterization)

The Role

Product Characterization team is looking for a highly motivated individual to evaluate the performance of Enterprise products. As a member of the product characterization team, you will develop, and characterize the next generation Memory Controller IPs.

The Person

We are looking for someone with strong technical, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrating the characteristics of an independent and resourceful individual.

The applicant must have a proficient understanding of x86 based SoC architecture and functionality, as well as a broad understanding of industry standard bus protocols, such as JEDEC DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR4/LPDDR5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pattern submission for bench data collection and perform debug with lab instruments when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks for efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Memory specifications and trends to inform product strategy and direction
  • Statistical data analysis to post process volume results for data correlation across Process corners and outlier analysis.
  • Takes responsibility for isolating the issue to a specific area such as test gap, SW bug, silicon bug, or process deviation using bench setup.
Preferred Experience
  • Good knowledge and experience on bench testing and debug skills with lab instruments usage.
  • Strong understanding of Memory protocols such as DDR5 and LPDDR5.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers.
  • Experienced in Linux and Windows environment, data analysis and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl) for automation and data processing.
  • Experience in RoCM is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including data presentation and works well in a group environment that spans across continents.
  • 5 years or more industry experience.

Overview

As a SpecTek DRAM Applications and Process Development Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the planning, development, and monitoring of product testing. During this process you will follow quality standards as specified by SpecTek and Micron.

Responsibilities
  • Create and develop test programs for SpecTek products.
  • Conduct tests, gather and analyze data, and document results and tests using feedback from performance in the intended application to tune the testing methodology.
  • Monitor product performance on the test floor, and maintain the program for yield improvements/enhancements, test time reduction, new capabilities, and manufacturing process changes.
  • Document and provide feedback of test results to stakeholders.
Quality and Compliance

  • Identify the root cause of issues, ensure containment, and implement corrective action in a timely manner.
  • Manage and analyze module Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring accurate processing and comprehensive reporting to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Software, Process, and Data Automation
  • Ensure all test programs, scripts, or any other software are tested and debugged prior to a production release.
  • Stay current with IT technologies and adapt methodologies to improve software solutions.
  • Align software development with Micron internal standards and collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, and other sites to drive improvements that reduce cost and/or improve quality and/or reliability.
EHSS Responsibilities
  • Identify and report any conditions or behaviors contrary to EHS policies or procedures.
  • Follow safety procedures and area work rules (including PPE, energy isolation, and chemical safety).
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer and company guidelines.
  • Use proper lifting techniques and work ergonomically.

Qualifications

Specialist roles sit within all categories and functions within R&D: e.g. Category Product/Process and Packaging, Application Centres, Science & Technology, Quality and Food Safety, SARA, Consumer Inspired Innovation.

Responsibilities/ Key Activities:

  • Leads max 1. C/D innovation project, and/or supports other innovation / Productivity / Process Development /Packaging/Sustainability/Compliance projects. Supports planning and set-up for several R&D projects, sometimes as project leader
  • Execute and/or support R&D projects with the aim to deliver new knowledge, skills and production capabilities that are essential for NPD / Productivity / Process Development /Packaging/Sustainability/Compliance aligned with line manager. Contributes to current projects as R&D team member

  • May operate or maintain simple pilot plant equipment according to SOP, and assist in the training of others in said equipment
  • Responsible for the delivery of JDE Commitment within the region.
Qualifications

Education : Degree/Higher degree/ Trade qualified in Chemical Engineering/ Food-Science and Nutrition or related fields.

Experience:

    The Opportunity

    The Product Development Specialist (Product Approvals and Agency Oversight) assists in overseeing direct reports to elevate product development for global consumer product and marketing submissions for Mattel brands. They serve as the main Brand Assurance contact for Agent Partners. This role encompasses products developed across all our brands, categories, and regions, providing creative onboarding, timely feedback, and collaboration with creative teams, licensees, and agencies to resolve issues and support product approval processes.

    What Your Impact Will Be:

    • Act as brand guardian for licensed products from concept to final manufacturing.
    • Manage daily product approvals and development in our Product Approvals system.
    • Support licensees with development guidance and system usage.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports, Franchise Creative, and CP Commercial teams to facilitate business development.
    • Understand regional strategies from Franchise Creative and category managers to inform product development.
