- Manage and oversee the corporate website and all GELM social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
- Act as the checker and approver for all Great Eastern contents before publication, ensuring adherence to corporate identity policies and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other divisions to guide and align their content with the Group’s corporate identity standards.
- Monitor online and mainstream media for news and comments related to Great Eastern, addressing feedback and comments to safeguard the brand’s reputation.
- Lead initiatives for corporate awards and recognitions of Great Eastern.
- Oversee key initiatives such as Great Eastern Cares, CSR including the Brand Health Tracker, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Project 120.
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing brand health metrics (e.g., Brand Health Tracker, NPS)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management as they pertain to brand communications.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
- Up-to-date knowledge of branding trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Job Summary
The incumbent is primarily responsible for supporting the development of products that support the Company’s product delivery strategy.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver insurance products as per the Product Development Process defined by Product Steering Committee and in accordance with the schedules set in product calendar. This includes all stages within the process ranging from insights into customers / distributors / competitors, product ideas generation, feasibility evaluation and conversion of idea into product design, ensure competitiveness in product pricing, product launch, post-launch review/ monitoring and recommendation for potential enhancements.
- To support the conduct of market intelligent study via regular structured product focus group to meet up with distributors, market watch and monitoring of new product launches by competitors for analysis to generate ideas and collect feedback for insurance products.
- Provide on-going product support in all matters related to products including campaigns.
- To support on projects relating to changes due to new regulatory/ Group requirements and new systems, which include coordination with other project stakeholders such as IT, Operations, Distribution, Actuarial and Compliance. Organization and preparation of Product Steering Committee meetings for insurance products.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics or related disciplines. Preferable 1-3 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the function of product development or product marketing.
- Insurance product knowledge, with good fundamentals of various product structures.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.

- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market response to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, about project status and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Work closely with business operations, advertising, promotions, and marketing teams on seasonal hampers ideation and creation.
- Ensure timely product delivery for production.
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in MAL product registration and maintenance required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Job Purpose
Plays a critical role in assisting Head, Product Development in:-
- Market analysis and research for the development of new and enhanced products and solutions
- Implementation of new or enhanced products & services to meet customer needs and to drive business growth
- Gathering data in support of the product profitability assessment or product performance management.
- Conducting research and benchmarking against competitors on new product developments.
- Facilitating the development of the credit program and product programs, including review, renewal and development life-cycle for SME segment.
- Assisting in the development of product bundling and solution packages.
- Maintaining the databases from internal & external sources required for product management.
- Producing the product performance analysis.
- Performs other such roles as may be reasonably required by Product Development team in building effective product solutions.
- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business
- Involved in new product development, variations to product initiatives and quality projects
- Coordinate with team and stakeholders to provide product solutions which include product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
- Undertake drafting and development of all content for internal and external communication.
- Provide product training to sales/front liners as at when its required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and relevant working experience in the financial industry.

- Drives and develops testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
- Contributes to design, development, and validation of testability circuits, test flows, and methodologies for new products through evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods.
- Interfaces with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality and reliability, and manufacturing groups to enable postsilicon HVM ramp.
- Evaluates new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and works with the design, DFx, and product development teams to debug functionality and performance issues to root cause. Performs ATE device characterization, utilizes that data to define datasheet specifications and performs yield analysis.
- Collaborates with designers to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
- Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
- Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
- Ensures manufacturability over process and product design through thorough analysis of process and spec corners and works with design to resolve yield issues before manufacturing ramp. Drives test time reduction through analysis of fallout data versus test time for various IPs to balance and drive overall product cost optimizations.
- Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
- Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
- Leads and drives manufacturing readiness from fab, assembly, and test factory to support engineering sample and customer sample generation (ES milestones), wafer start planning, product qual execution strategy and capacity analysis, and assembly and test site certification activities.
- Bachelor of science of Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Master of science of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and equivalent.
- At least with 15+ years relevant experience required in the following areas:
- Microprocessor test (ATE and/or system test and/or pre-silicon verification) experience
- 15+ years of applicable experience in pre-silicon and post-silicon test development.
- Proven track records on leading product development from definition, pathfinding, pre/post silicon validation and manufacturing ramp.
- Strong background and knowledge in hardware architecture, analog/logic/memory design and implementation.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of successfully leading team in creating and implementing integrated, multidiscipline solutions with excellent results.
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to initiate and drive new model path finding activity from ambiguity (concepts) to clarity (defined direction and development).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and influencing skills that result in strong working partnerships across organization boundaries.
- Responsible in providing effective regular updates to management on product development progress.
- Knowledge of circuit design/Si process/test domains.

THE ROLE:
AMD is looking for a highly talented engineer to join our Datacenter GPU System Design and Enablement team as an overall expert in Data Center GPU system debug. System Debug Engineer will work closely with our customers who are developing AMD Instinct AI based systems. This engineer will work with validation and our customers during critical issue escalations and help get issues resolved in time to meet product development or sustaining milestones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Include experience in debugging Server/DCGPU systems with an emphasis on platform-level debugging.
- Knowledge and use of standard debuggers, programmers, and emulators.
- A thorough understanding of Datacenter industry standard buses, such as HBM, DDR, PCIe, and other high-speed IO protocols is required, in addition to detailed knowledge of high-speed digital design and signal integrity.
- Further requirements include a strong understanding of BIOS, OS, and driver interactions at the system level, as well as a proficient understanding of x86 CPU architecture and functionality.
- Providing root cause analysis and guidance to internal and customer design teams to help resolve issues.
- Independently support projects and effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to handle all issues.
- Develop Debug Tools for Customer Debug proliferation and at scale.
- A self-starter is required, capable of dealing with a high level of ambiguity.
PREFRRED EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate has worked at a computer hardware company as a design or debug engineer.
- Worked on multiple projects from development, through bring-up and validation, and supported through the release to production.
- Strong knowledge of X86 architectures, PCIe, memory interface, and performance tuning is desired.
- Experience in the use of tools such as JTAG debuggers, logic analyzers, and PCIe bus analyzers.
- Excellent communication skills are required in the role of supporting customers.
- Ability to distill complex technical issues into clear, concise, and easily understandable statements for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
