Program Overview

Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.

The program starts with a one-week Global Induction in Milan with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.

Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 2 different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.

After the first year of rotation, you will take a role in the Country you have been hired in for 12 months aligned to business needs and your interests. The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business.

Then, after completing your second year, you will start your international assignment for a duration of 3 years in one of our 50+ countries.

You will learn new ways of working, acquire technical knowledge, meet colleagues all over the world in a multi-cultural environment!

At the end of your assignment abroad, returning to the country you have been hired in , you will be ready to take on a new responsibility in the technical area continuing your career in Prysmian.

4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing key WWL stakeholders, internal groups, and partners for a strong network and open communications • Learn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success • Build the delivery plan for an agreed customer skilling plan by partnering with training Program Managers, Customer POC and ESI Ops Teams (Trainer Scheduling, Delivery Ops, etc.) to organize the delivery-specific details • Communicate the delivery plan to TPM and Customer POC for sign-off/approval (subsequently, communicate the registration links for the plan – until automated) • Manage the delivery plan – monitor plan execution, make iterations, and monitor registration • Entering new deliveries in D365 • Manage updates to existing deliveries • Obtain the required Information for delivery schedules • Manage registration, highlighting low enrolment early on (TPM, customer POC) • Provide registration and delivery status reports • Manage Registration Links to send to customer • Interface with Scheduling and Operations Teams • Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions with customer POC and Operations teams • Contribute to the role stabilization and maturity • Influence future tool upgrades to support automation objectives Required Skills: Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills, and Knowledge: • Proven experience as a trusted advisor in engagement and influence with stakeholders • Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes • This role requires a deep knowledge of, and passion for learning operations and their associated services • Ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across groups • Attention to detail, highly organized and strong process-focused aptitude • Strong organizational skills and ability to positively influence others • Able to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective, and independent • Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. • High energy and a “can do” attitude. As a R&D Graduate Technical Traineeship Program at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in…

Your key responsibilities:
  • Oversee all project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. For senior roles, manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
  • Estimate costs, resources, and time needed for project completion.
  • Track progress and performance against the project plan, ensuring targets are met by assigning tasks and gathering resources.
  • Prepare engineering standards, designs, schedules, budgets, and select materials, equipment, staff, and contractors. Develop and analyze test methods and results.
  • Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and liaise with clients and other operational areas. Provide training, review test results, and prepare test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 13485, FDA). Manage external contractors and resolve operational issues if required.
What you will bring to the team:
  • PhD, Master, or Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Biomedical, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Able to perform and lead analytical testing including setup & results interpretation, failure analysis, root cause analysis, test method validation/verification.
  • Understanding of material/polymer characterization, chemical analysis (e.g., FTIR, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS).
  • Good communication skills, analytical skills, and experience in project management. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 management systems is an advantage.
