- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance management role, with a focus on employment and labor laws, business laws, contract review, and previous team management experience
- Advanced fluency in English and Chinese is required
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Ability to navigate and interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable advice to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks
- Proactive approach to staying informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus

Requirements
3+ years of experience in public relations and event management, preferably in a B2B or tech environment Proven track record of crafting compelling stories and managing media relations Experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful events (virtual and in-person) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously Ability to create and manage PR campaigns that align with the company's goals and brand identity
