Opening and Your Responsibilities- Collaborates with recruitment team and posts all position requisitions to agreed-upon sites.
- Assists with researching recruitment resources and applicable organization memberships for job postings for both.
- Assists in sourcing, screening and shortlisting relevant profiles for respective assigned positions for all divisions.
- Collaborates with and supports the recruiting team on the achievement of Affirmative Action goals through job postings and continuous research of new resources.
- Researches and schedules career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
- Responsible for tracking employee referrals and ensuring that qualifications are met for payment.
- Schedules interviews and debrief meetings with the hiring team (including the recruiter).
- Distributes and tracks all pre-employment contingencies for new hires, including background checks and other pre-employment activities.
- Processes invoices that may arise from recruitment, pre-employment or onboarding activity.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent/profiles sourcing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting recruiting or human resources activities.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Experience and expertise working with HR systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, with excellent follow-through and the ability to multi-task.

To support the growth of the business, it is essential to ensure a sufficient and ready pipeline of talent that can fulfill hiring demands on time. The Team

- Sourcing for materials from both overseas and local suppliers
- Price negotiation and reduction for direct and indirect materials
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering Department for parts approval and vendor qualification
- Maintenance of vendors' Master List
- Approval and evaluation of supplier’s quotations
- Coordinate with end suppliers on their approved vendors transfer
- Check and participate in vendor’s capacity planning
- Capable of identifying multi-level BOMs to quote.
- Attends quote kick-off meetings for all quotes.
- Provides feedback to sourcing managers about potential new suppliers to be included in our quoting process.
- Perform accurate BOM calculation during project costing.
- Follow up on the 1st article sample submission for part approval coordination for the phase-in of ECN and product revision change.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers and other interdepartments.
- Localization the part for cost saving potential and new product
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Mechanical
- Engineering is preferred or equivalent experience
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years in multinational companies in procurement/supply chain management, preferably in an electronics manufacturing-related field.
- Capable in sourcing with technical knowledge.
- Skillset: Details-oriented. Able to work and solve the problem independently. Good analytical skills and communication skills.
- Good at analytical and presentation skills.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Sourcing Specialist provides strategic and operational procurement support, leading sourcing projects across multiple categories and regions (Europe, Americas). They collaborate with business stakeholders, coach local procurement teams, manage RFXs, negotiate contracts, and work with Global Category Managers and regional Sourcing Managers to secure competitive costs and terms for Mettler-Toledo.
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate closely with Global Category Managers and Sourcing Managers in Europe and the United States to support sourcing initiatives across worldwide locations, assuming increasing responsibility and engaging key stakeholders at all levels
- Provide strategic and operational procurement support to business stakeholders (product owners, service owners) across worldwide locations
- Execute commercial and contractual sourcing events, including negotiations and RFXs/tenders, securing competitive costs and favorable terms while mitigating proportional contractual risks
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sourcing outcomes and savings to management
- Support local teams in Malaysia by promoting and implementing procurement best practices and coaching them to follow METTLER TOLEDO's procurement policies and processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements in all procurement activities
- Support or lead small- to medium-sized projects
- Undertake additional tasks aligned with the Global Indirect Procurement Strategy, such as Purchase-to-Pay process management during transition phases and other projects as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
Background
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, procurement consulting, sales or key account management, or related fields within a globally operating organization
- Proven experience in negotiation, contracting, procurement, and managing relationships with international stakeholders and supplier.
- Experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of procurement processes, ideally within a multinational or global-scale business
- Proactive, self-directed, eager to learn, and self-motivated
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel; SAP and Procurement Suite (Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba) knowledge is an asset
- Passion for negotiating favorable deals and effective communication with suppliers
- Customer and solution oriented
- Structured and accurate work style
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people for a shared goal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
