Overview
We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist (TSS) to support our recruiters in hiring for fast-scaling digital and operational teams across Southeast Asia. This is an execution-focused role where you’ll own the frontlines of sourcing — identifying, screening, and engaging talent based on clearly defined hiring goals. You’ll work closely with our consultants to deliver weekly hiring outputs, maintain data accuracy, and ensure a great candidate experience from first message to offer handover.
What You’ll Work On- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and job platforms based on hiring briefs
- Build and maintain long-lists and short-lists of qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress in our shared hiring sheets
- Communicate with candidates, manage expectations, and follow up with feedback
- Help prepare weekly hiring trackers and summaries for team/client updates
- Learn new tools and sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)
- Support employer branding and candidate communication efforts
- Are a fresh grad or early-career professional (0–1 year of experience)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English
- Are curious, organized, and able to work independently on structured tasks
- Are comfortable working with hiring data and maintaining trackers
- Take pride in delivering weekly sourcing goals and meeting deadlines
- Enjoy learning about tech and digital teams — even if you’re not from that world
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR internships

- Experience and expertise working with HR Systems is a plus.
