As a Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Compliance team, ensuring adherence to employment laws and overseeing the management of contracts for clients and vendors. This role is pivotal in driving compliance excellence of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and contract laws in the regions needed
- Draft and review contracts for clients and vendors, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct internal audits and assessments to identify and address potential compliance risks
- Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance awareness of compliance issues and requirements
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related concerns, including coordinating with legal counsel when necessary
- Lead the Compliance team, providing guidance and directions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance management role, with a focus on employment and labor laws, business laws, contract review, and previous team management experience
