How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and craft engaging job descriptions
- Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process
- Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Represent Blueberry at career fairs and industry events to boost employer brand
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve our hiring process
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and employment laws
Who We’re Hoping To Find
- 1-3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in financial services, trading, or fintech
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
- Proven success recruiting bilingual professionals across multiple regions
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and managing multiple roles at once
- Organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in niche or technical hiring
- Recruitment and selection certifications
- ATS expertise and innovative sourcing strategies
