Purpose Statement: The Higher Level Assembly Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations.
Key Job Accountabilities
Executes manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-effective services that meet customer requirements, applying process improvements or troubleshooting as needed.
Uses appropriate tools to perform work, including creating, analyzing, and verifying documentation, programs, models, processes, or production related to their role.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of how they support Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements.
Executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and supports production line operators.
Has a basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation relevant to their role.

Qualifications:
Must have prior experience integrating hardware devices into Android apps, and should have strong experience interfacing with Android's various APIs, including the hardware level APIs.
Must have strong Kotlin experience
Must have strong foundations in clean app development and best practices for security and efficient operation.
Clean code and a strong ability to use AI tools like Cursor and Cline in your development process, and to review and debug AI code.
Most importantly, a strong hunger and excitement and love for software engineering and problem solving, and an interest in building up a new team to innovate and explore new solutions.

The Senior Cross Technology Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist / Technical Lead is involved in highly complex environments for installation, integration, deployment, configuration and fault management. This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning. About You
