In this context, we are looking to reinforce our IT Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems integration expert to join our dynamic team.
Your New Role
As Systems integration expert you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting our system integration that enable seamless data flow across systems, applications, and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of system integration, ETL processes, and API integration, with a passion for optimizing data pipelines and ensuring data quality and consistency. This role is critical in ensuring that various software applications, platforms, and services work together seamlessly to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Implement and manage middleware, APIs, and messaging systems to enable real-time and batch data exchange (ie EDI).
- Collaborate with 3rd party software developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and data consistency.
- Maintain documentation of integration architecture, data flows, and technical configurations.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all integration activities.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts with integration planning and execution.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement for systems integration such as task automation
- Serve as the first point of contact and provide guidelines related to systems solution and integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min 5+ years of experience in systems integration (software development, IT infrastructure, integration architecture and data migration…)
- Proficiency with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, and data formats (JSON, XML)
- Experience and strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, X+, C#, C Sharp, JavaScript,
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM and cloud Azure platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles related to system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Multinational experience.
- Customer Service oriented
- Experience of EDI (eg. EDIFACT Format) is a real plus
- Experience in Data Modelling, Pipeline automation
- Experience of Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE) architecture and customization.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Microsoft Certification eg . Dynamics 365, Azure

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support for Coda's platform to users, in-house developers, and global partners across various communication channels.
- Monitor platform health and service availability using internal tools and dashboards; proactively identify and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
- Assess, triage, and manage technical and functional inquiries from global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases concurrently, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders in QA testing to validate functionality and ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and document incidents; escalate critical issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams when needed.
- Take ownership of incident response processes, including detection, impact analysis, stakeholder communication, coordination of response teams, and post-incident reviews.
- Contribute to continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience, preferably within the payments, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming sectors.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and an intense urgency in addressing critical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development processes.

- Work closely with Level 2 team on projects and deployments
Your Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong troubleshooting ability across Windows 10/11, Office 365, and standard business apps
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ConnectWise, Freshservice)
- Bonus: Exposure to MDM tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), or scripting (PowerShell)

Responsibilities
- Provide technical supports and product selection/solutions (mainly AHU) according to customer’s daily inquiries.
- Prepare quotation and cost analysis as well as negotiating and closing project sales.
- Generate project lists and forecast and preparation of periodical reports.
- Release project order to production planner and factory representative for manufacturing process
- Conduct product introduction, technical training/discussions to customers.
- Collect market information and customers feedback for product development and continuous service improvement
- Ad-hoc assignment from supervisor from time to time
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional certificates / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Engineering studies / HVAC studies.
- Candidate with minimum two to three (2-3) years of HVAC working environment.
- Familiar with technical key point and solutions for air handling unit is an advantage
- Must possess good communication and personal skills, team work, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking effectively and manage priorities in fast paced environment
- Multi-lingual skills in speaking or writing in Bahasa, Chinese, and English
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD
- Moderate travelling is required

Position Summary
The Technical Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Global Service Delivery team with the operational functions of a full-service global organization. The successful candidate will have a very strong work ethic, is well organized, responsive, analytically skilled, a strategic thinker, detail oriented and quality minded.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Manager in Malaysia.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Service Delivery leadership with projects and day to day team administration of the team. This may include:
- Reporting (building, refining, and maintain)
- Monitoring Contingent Workforce engineers
- Investigating data anomalies
- Compiling supporting information for client investigations
- Drive review of and maintenance of Engineer data including Skills Matrix, Job Profiles, Training & other tasks
- Facilitate the maintenance client data in SharePoint, Salesforce and OneNote
- Assist new Engineers with HR Onboarding and Training task
- Monitor & Escalate cases in jeopardy of violating Service Level Agreements
- Manage and maintain on call schedule in XMatters tool
- Documenting operational processes, quality expectations, and reporting against expectations
- Other job-related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluent Mandarin or Japanese speaking and writing skills
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Experience in a technology-based field
- Project Management or operations support experience welcomed
- Assist with and have good working knowledge and experience in reporting using tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Qlik, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Project Management or Operations focused
- Self-starter, equally as happy to work on their own and in teams
- Self-confident with ability to work with and influence senior management
- Very strong work ethic and team player with a positive “do what it takes” attitude
- Deep understanding and hands-on skills working with Salesforce.com (SFDC CRM Application) a plus
- Familiarity or experience with ERP systems a plus (SAP, EBS, Oracle Technology)
- Strong aptitude for utilizing Business Intelligence tools
- Strong problem solving, organizational and collaboration skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel would be highly regarded

- Provide technical support for automotive systems, including diagnostics, repairs procedures and vehicle software issues via phone, email or on-site visits.

- Conduct regular dealer visits and service center audits to ensure adherence to service standards and technical protocols.
- Assisted the technical trainer in conducting practical training sessions for dealer staff, focusing on diagnostics tools, repair procedures and new technologies such as EV battery systems and high-voltage safety.
- Monitor and manage warranty claim data to identify failure trends and proactively address recurring product issues.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of critical components needed for technical repairs.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in automotive technology, diagnostic tools and OEM service systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics or dealership service operations.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including EV technology, ADAS and vehicle diagnostics tools (e.g., OEM scan tools).
