DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 end user support. Including but not limited to physical and virtual machines, W10 & W11 OS and iOS operating systems, office365, Microsoft licensing, VPN, software upgrades and asset management.
  • Familiar with software management and pushing software updates and patches to all corporate machines, using GoTo patching.

    • Works closely with IT development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs

    • Business Process Improvement:

  • SAP issues troubleshooting and fix, work requests and consultation
  • Collaborate with SAP global team to resolve major issues and site outages
  • SAP Access – new SAP user/license setup (new hires, role changes), SAP Training governance
  • Audit support: Reports, transactions, queries, segregation of duties
  • Year End Activities: Analysis and support for clean-up activities
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementations and upgrades
  • May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • Manages system implementation projects by applying basic project management methodology

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience as a SAP Business System Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP LE/WM, SD, MM etc. Strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization
  • Experience in managing SAP implementation projects and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP (S4HANA) will be advantageous
  • Project management experience with formal accreditation is a plus
  • Ability to navigate a cross matrixed and diverse environment

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and development of a knowledge strategy & framework aligned with the Digital Transformation principles & business strategy
  • Transform the way Lam uses digital tools and systems to better enable our operations, giving our employees & customers better tools and data for maximum efficiency
  • Work as a partner to lead transformation projects and collaborate with cross functional /technical team, business teams and external suppliers/vendors as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. MBA or master’s preferred
  • 15+ years’ experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications as technology partner for business
  • 8+ years proven experience in Knowledge Management, strong knowledge of systems and tools, and improvement initiatives including experience in process digitalization and digital transformation in leading/fast growth companies
  • Experience implementing global knowledge management strategies processes, and platforms for complex, high growth companies specially manufacturing to support business transformation
  • Experience driving requirements, solution and UAT processes with business and development teams
  • Understanding of best practices in the industry and application to real life
  • Proficient knowledge of KM systems implementation and development life cycles.
  • Deep understanding of differences in cloud versus on-prem platforms
  • Experience in managing end-to-end KM transformations and deep experience in Knowledge management technical solutions like Content Management Systems (like contentful, lifreray or similar), customer Portal (AEM or similar), Search technology
  • Experience with platform and vendor selection
  • Experience with identity management, integration solutions as it relates to Knowledge management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting firm Experience in high growth, complex companies
  • AI-Machine Learning concepts, applications and experience with ML technology
  • Experience with SAP preferred or other ERP
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, and knowledge of Scrum or waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with reporting solutions

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of related experience in SharePoint.
  • 3 years of experience in Power Automate.
  • Skilled in analytical techniques and practices to support problem solving.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for various levels and audiences in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management knowledge or experience is beneficial. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests and delivers business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation and updating of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) objects – Workflows, Resources, Product Spec, Task List and etc.
  • Defines and re-engineers manufacturing applications processes by using appropriate methods and tools and partnering with process owners to understand requirements
  • Creates training material and provide training for user assistance and system usage
  • Manages Global Labelling System (GLS) -system upgrade roll out, system configuration, installation and operation support
  • Improve application / system efficiency and makes recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and organizational requirements
  • Facilitates site implementation of enterprise systems by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.
  • Work with cross functional team to articulate site requirements, coordinate site testing (user acceptance test, system simulation test) , documentation and planning of system roll out.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for MES-related issues and escalation to global support team when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimizing downtime.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize system data to provide actionable insights

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in Manufacturing environment with MES implementation and maintenance knowledge
  • Experience withCAMStar will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in business analytics using power BI tool.
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro , DAX , Power Query will be desirable

Skills

  • Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing process with good analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills
