Job DescriptionGet to know the Role
Reporting to Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems, you will be contributing to Grab's ERP enhancements and deployments. You will need relatively strong experience in managing and leading projects and enhancements within ERP landscapes covering Procure To Pay (P2P) processes; Order To Cash (O2C) and R2R (Record To Report) for this role. Experienced candidates who have played a part in Development, Maintenance and/or Transformation of Financial and Procurement Systems for global organizations should apply here!
This role will be based in Malaysia and onsite.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Act as a Procure To Pay Solutions Lead by ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
- Make recommendations of configurations and deployments lifecycles to ensure projects' successes.
- Share your insights and solution plans to cross-functional and technical team members, management and stakeholders.
- Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.
- Support in creating business & technology roadmaps with Finance, Procurement & GTS leadership, and manage resource allocated (budgets) to execute on vision.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience with configuring Oracle Procurement Cloud (Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, BPM Approval Workflow), including integrations to external systems.
- Experience with configuring Oracle Financials Cloud Payables (Invoice, payment, BPM Approval Workflow, IDR), including integrations to external systems.
- Experience in AI, automation, and integrations to external systems.
- Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. config/development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within Financial ERP space.
- Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP.
- Understand prioritization of enhancements e.g. what should come first to avoid risks/impacts.
- Experienced in managing internal and external auditors' asks for relevant finance processes and governance requirements.
- Experienced implementing SOX compliance & audit controls for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management).
The Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud (i.e. Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Order management) and Oracle Financials Cloud R2R.
- Knowledge on Order To Cash (O2C) and Record To Report (R2R) system and business processes.
- Basic Knowledge on SQL & Reporting tools (OTBI, BI)
- Knowledge of COSO & COBIT frameworks.
- Knowledge and direct experience with ERP, EPM, and MDM.

Execute and lead services such as systems upgrades, system support and routine maintenance. Implementation of industrial application based on solution architect and technical lead’s design. Testing and on-site commissioning of control systems. Support of process control clients at sites in Singapore and aboard. May grow into position leading team of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions for clients. Electrical design and Process Control fundamentals. Familiarity with Controllers, such as single loop control, PLC, DCS, DDC or PC based control. Exposure to Control Theory and some process understanding is helpful but not required. Platform knowledge in Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson DeltaV, etc. Knowledge in programming language such as but not limited to C#, Python or C++. Knowledge in MS offices. Process understanding of batch or continuous process control, combustion control etc. Awareness of process safety, validation, and good documentation practices. Programming languages: PLC ladder Logic, Function Block, SFC VB. Third-party HMI/SCADA Software, i.e. Intellution, WonderWare, OSIsoft, etc. Others: network design/administration. Qualifications: Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people. B.S in Engineering, Physics or related fields. Process or Industrial experience is a plus. As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement systems architectures to ensure security frameworks. You will lead and coordinate with systems administrators and all project team members in managing system configuration and setting up and maintaining the most cost-effective and efficient hardware and software to satisfy project requirements.
You will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities:
Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers
Identify and analyze system integration problems
Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions
Formulate and implement corrective actions in case problem re-occurs
Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent the issue from happening again
Identify tasks that are recurrent and recommend tools to automate those tasks
On-call for support cases
What we are looking for:

Good organization skills and can work well under pressure and time constraints
Flexible and can adapt to changing shift schedules as you may be assigned to work on weekends, holidays and on different time zones

You would be working with an established and experienced team of subject matter experts committed to helping public sector organisations and their supply chains primarily in aerospace and Defence but also other safety critical industries. AACE is actively growing their safety team due to the growth in this area of the business.
As a Systems Safety Engineer (SSE) you will be required to support AACE’s customers by providing consultancy services principally covering the safety management of complex systems and using systems safety knowledge and experience together with domain knowledge to lead or provide appropriate support.
Key to the role is the desire to maintain professional currency in the system safety management discipline and to provide their customers with a professional, flexible and quality service that meets the requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
- HND, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in an appropriate engineering discipline
- Significant knowledge and experience of the application safety tools and techniques to complex systems with a proven track record
- Experience of the application of safety management systems in a Defence environment
- An enquiring and questioning culture
- Ability to hold SC clearance
