Job Description:
Administering M365 collaboration tools and Exchange (on-prem, hybrid, online)
Providing L3 support and resolving platform issues using PowerShell
Supporting MDM Blackberry suite, Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, MTD/MFA
Ensuring compliance with access policies via IT Admin LAN and Production VDI
Collaborating with the Workplace IT service desk for escalations and after-hours support
Managing privileged access through proper approval processes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an M365 Administrator in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Exchange (on-prem, hybrid, online)
Solid L3 support and troubleshooting skills in M365
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation
Hands‑on experience with security tools: Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, MTD, MFA

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Unix System Administrator to manage and support enterprise-level Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, middleware platforms (JBoss, WebLogic), and messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka). (brokers, topics, partitions). Perform system and application performance tuning and troubleshooting. Plan and apply OS and middleware patches/upgrades with minimal downtime. Monitor system health, capacity, and security using appropriate tools. Automate routine administrative tasks using shell scripting or Ansible. Work with application teams for deployment and environment configuration. Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and failover readiness. Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions. Required Technical Skills: Operating Systems:
RHEL 7/8 (installation, tuning, security hardening). Middleware:
JBoss EAP, Oracle WebLogic (deployment, clustering, JVM tuning). Messaging:
IBM MQ administration, Kafka setup & monitoring. Scripting:
Bash, Shell, or Python for automation. Tools:
