**In this role, you are expected to:**
The role of the Assistant Vice President, Client Technical Integration, sits within our Technical Integration Group, reporting to one of our Team Leaders. In the role you will be working directly with our top-tier clients from project kick-off to go-live, helping them to integrate their ERP/TMS systems with Citi's powerful set of Cash Management, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Card applications.
The main objective of the role is to deliver Client Solutions on time and to spec, whilst providing an exceptional client experience. This is achieved through excellent communication, superior product knowledge, the ability to see things from our customer's perspective and Project Management discipline.
We work in a multi-client, multi-project organization, so you will be expected to handle a varied workload and prioritize effectively. Although a technical mind-set is required to be successful in the role, the specific technical knowledge related to electronic banking projects (e.g. connectivity, security, file formats, testing, etc.) is not a mandatory requirement for an applicant, although favorable. As long as you have the willingness to learn, and the ability to pick up things quickly you will be considered.
Key functions of the role will include:
+ Day to day management of a portfolio of electronic banking projects.
+ Ensuring that all projects are governed to meet our ISO Quality Standards and Audit criteria.
+ Build great external client relationships, and internal partnerships with supporting parts of the organization.
+ Contribute and participate in process re-engineering activities to ensure we continue to strive forwards in terms of quality and efficiency in everything we do.
The below list gives an insight in to the key responsibilities expected of a Client Technical Integration Manager on a typical Cash Management client project:
+ Help run a formal kick off meeting or workshop with the client to formally review and document the requirements and solutions to be implemented as part of the project scope. In particular focusing on Citi's connectivity and security options, our electronic file format options, our testing process and any other technical parts of the solution.
+ Manage the internal setup process and teams responsible for connectivity & security, engaging the correct resources via the correct tools, remaining the single face to the external client.
+ Manage the internal setup process and teams responsible for configuring the various inbound and/or outbound files in scope of the project, remaining the single face to the external client.
+ Providing guidance to the external client as required during their development efforts, being able to comfortably liaise with the client in both business and technical language as appropriate. Engaging an internal network of knowledge and experience as required to get accurate and timely feedback to your client while again remaining the single face to the client.
+ Manage and track against a formal testing program that will cover the scope of work in the most efficient manner: connectivity, file format, file content, etc. Managing the internal test resources to get accurate and timely feedback during the testing phase while remaining the single face to the client.
+ Manage the formal change processes to promote the solution to production, obtaining and documenting the relevant sign offs and ensuring it is scheduled in line with the clients expectations.
+ Manage initial production support for production testing and hyper care period. Monitoring and engaging the relevant internal production support teams as required to ascertain the root cause of any issues in a timely manner.
+ Help manage a formal project closure process, feeding back on lessons learned, and formally handing on-going production support to the Citi Service team.
**As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ Bachelor's/University degree
+ 5- 10 years' experience working in a bank / financial institution or a corporate position working in the financial area (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury).
+ Proficiency in spoken Mandarin (support Taiwan & China) and/or Korean (support Korea).
+ Cash Management knowledge (Payments & Receivables).
+ Host to Host Banking technical knowledge (preferable): Connectivity (SWIFT, SFTP, etc), Encryption Tools (PGP, Symantec, etc), Electronic File Formats (ISO20022 XML, MT101, etc).
+ Corporate financial ERP / TMS knowledge (preferable): SAP, Oracle, SaaS Platforms (Kyriba, GTreasury, Revel, etc)
+ Communication - ability to select the appropriate communication method for different scenarios, and be comfortable communicating to various levels of seniority internally and externally.
+ Time management - ability to effectively priorities a varied workload in a dynamic environment.
+ Self-starter - ability to take on things with little to no background, acting as an owner, and still being able to deliver strong results.
+ Common sense - ability to step back and analyze a situation with a pragmatic, methodical approach.
+ Risk management - ability to foresee risks and issues so they can be raised and managed effectively

The role is for a Technical Leader System Integration to help deliver robust, integrated electrical monitoring and control solutions. The Role:

Technical Leader System Integration Responsibilities

Act as the leader of the technical content of the project, and be the single point of contact for all project technical topics. Manage the technical project team and master technical risks during tender and/or execution phases. Ensure robust interface management between the Electrical Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) and other systems such as the Process Control System (PCS), Building Management System (BMS), Fire and Gas System (FGS), and Safety Instrumented System (SIS). Validate integration points and coordinate with system owners for a cohesive solution. Lead during tender phase: establish customer needs, explore alternative technical solutions, and optimize the overall design by coordinating with Architects or Experts and competitive bid processes. Lead during execution phase: ensure customer technical requirements are met, manage a technical team, coordinate all stakeholders, and control architecture, testing, FAT, installation, commissioning, and warranty activities within the contract and technical specifications. Coordinate the technical design and implementation activities, monitor costs, and ensure on-time delivery within the technical budget. Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders regarding technical content and ensure coordination among the project team. Support quality processes and governance, promote lessons learned, and coach junior engineers within a community of practice. Qualifications

At least 5 years leading technical projects or 5 years as a Solution Application Engineer for large, international customer projects. Fluent in English (written and spoken). At least 5 years in a technical field of expertise (Electrical Distribution, Energy Automation, AVEVA). Telecommunication and Networks design-level skills. Hands-on experience in Electrical Monitoring and Control Systems, particularly in the Nuclear segment, including system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical architectures and automation platforms in high-reliability environments. Experience in Nuclear and/or Defense segments or customer applications is a plus. Proven ability to lead with agility a functional and remote technical team with diverse expertise. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical issues succinctly and to take decisions in complex contexts with imperfect information. Ability to understand and produce engineering documentation; self-organized and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; able to work to deadlines and in a team environment; able to travel 40% of the time internationally. **Your day at NTT DATA**
The Senior Cross Technology Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist / Technical Lead is involved in highly complex environments for installation, integration, deployment, configuration and fault management. This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning. This role works towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge. This role has advanced proficiency across two or more technologies, namely Networking, Data Centre, Security, Customer experience, Collaboration and/or End User Compute.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet more complex requirements of a solution.
+ Escalates unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
+ Delegates lower complexity tasks to engineers and technicians.
+ Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the engineers, in line with performance targets, leading by example and monitoring the quality of engineer's and technician's work when required.
+ Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
+ Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
+ Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
+ Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the Engineers, in line with performance targets.
+ May be required to serve periodically on the customer service desk, providing third line telephonic, remote and on-site support and problem management.
+ Included in complex design work, with input to the design expected.
+ Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
+ Engages vendors for priority escalations or bugs found during deployments.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
