· Perform installations of in-house applications based on standard release notes.
Perform monthly Microsoft security patching to all environments. Perform daily backup checks of all production environments and correct if there are issues. On request, restore data from backups. Job Description
Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to our automation products.
Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customized automation solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical specifications, and provide recommendations for system improvements or modifications
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to execute projects efficiently and achieve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support and design within the automation industry.
Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial robotics.
Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Open to travel Globally, to multiple locations worldwide. Proficient in written & oral English, good command of Mandarin/Chinese language and speaker, will be an added advantage.
Requiring to travel to China for training for about a month once onboarding. Other benefits not mentioned are in accordance with the requirements of the Malaysian Labor Law.
