Your Career
As a Channel Systems Engineer covering a regional territory, your role will involve providing leadership, technical expertise, and guidance to partners on their journey towards becoming key Palo Alto Networks partners. You will work as a technical leader with channel partners, providing technical expertise to support the technical sales and implementation of company products and solutions. Your Impact
+ Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region
+ Collaborate with focus partners in the territory to develop comprehensive business plans that align to strategic objectives
+ Provide technical pre-sales support to partners, including product presentations, demonstrations and solution architecture design.

Your Experience
+ 6+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role within the technology industry
+ Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
+ Prior experience working with channel is required. Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience working with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners
+ Previous experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is strongly preferred
+ Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions is preferred.
+ Prior experience architecting cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence business initiatives is preferred.
+ Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
+ Hands-on experience with product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
+ Willingness to travel within the assigned region to support partners and attend events as necessary
+ Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders and gaining buy-in for technical solutions
+ Proficient in English

Get to Know the Role
As a Security Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain Grab's physical security systems across offices in the region. Lead implementation of physical security systems during new site builds, retrofits, and expansions.

Conduct testing, configuration, and quality assurance checks of installed systems.

We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled **Inside Account Systems Engineers (IASEs)** to join our regional team. As an IASE, you will play a critical role in supporting our **Inside Sales organization** by delivering technical expertise, solution guidance, and customer engagement at scale. You will partner closely with Inside Sales Account Executives to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, articulate the value of Nutanix solutions, and help customers envision how they can run their applications and data anywhere with confidence.

**Your Role**
+ Partner with Inside Sales Account Executives to engage with prospects and customers, understand business and technical requirements, and position solutions effectively
+ Conduct remote discovery calls, technical overviews, and product demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our platform
+ Provide early-stage technical qualification to ensure alignment of customer needs with our solutions
+ Engage prospective clients via phone, web conference, or email to assess requirements, answer inquiries, and position cloud platform capabilities
+ Respond to technical objections, proactively resolve blockers, and recommend best practices for Hyperconverged Infrastructure environments, Virtualisation, Hybrid/Multicloud cloud architectures, Cloud Native and application infrastructure
+ Build customer relationships, acting as technical authority, trusted advisor, and advocate for the platform's value
+ Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-value discussions remotely to technical and business stakeholders
+ Translate customer challenges into tailored solution recommendations leveraging the Nutanix cloud platform
+ Work extensively and collaboratively with Channel partners to drive and execute technical wins in opportunities
+ Support Inside Sales teams in scaling outreach and coverage across multiple accounts and territories
+ Maintain accurate documentation of technical discussions, requirements, and next steps in Salesforce systems
+ Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives such as technical content, playbooks, FAQs, and demo scripts to improve team effectiveness
**What** **You'll** **Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or relevant experience
+ 2+ years experience in a sales engineer, systems engineer, solutions architect, or technical customer-engagement role
+ Strong understanding of application and server virtualization, cloud computing, data centre infrastructure, or related technologies.
+ Basic understanding of Cloud-Native or Modern Apps development technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, microservices, etc would be a definite plus
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

What Role You Will Play In The Team
We are expanding our manufacturing process control organization and looking for control systems engineers to provide support to ExxonMobil manufacturing sites, including system development, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities, and who enjoy working in dynamic, collaborative, and diverse global teams. The role is based in Menara ExxonMobil Kuala Lumpur office.
What You Will Do
If successful, you will represent the Business Unit in providing effective above‑site Control Systems services. You will be part of the team that leverages central work processes and tools and identifies continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop younger engineers and support capability development as appropriate, building strong relationships with site stakeholders and committing yourself to the business outcomes through quality work deliverables.
Key Deliverables
Support process control systems infrastructure (software/hardware) and advanced control applications for refineries and chemical plants. Design and engineer computing infrastructure such as servers, operating systems and networks. Integrate and deploy advanced control applications into the industrial control systems (ICS) environment. Provide effective above‑site Control Systems sustainment support. Leverage work processes and tools to facilitate effective above‑site support and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Mentor engineers and support capability development as appropriate. Primary interface for remote engineering support with manufacturing Site Engineers/Site Single Point of contact to meet site priorities and opportunities to ensure reliable control system operation. Establish yourself as an extended member of the site Control Systems team and proactively contribute to work‑planning and prioritization discussions. Collaborate with Application Engineers to ensure applications infrastructure within scope of responsibility operates at optimum level. Maintain strong working relationship with Control System Support Team (CSST) regarding the CSST Roadmap, upgrades, enhancements, or initiatives involving equipment and/or systems relating to the ICSE. Interface with and provide input to SME and Supervisor on issues and opportunities. Participate in after‑hours support rotations for emergency systems support and critical incident response.
About You
Skills and Qualifications: Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Experience with virtualization, networking, Windows servers, operating systems, Active Directory, domain controllers and/or automation scripting (PowerShell). Experience with software configuration, integration, testing and technical documentation. Be able to demonstrate the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. Troubleshoot, innovative and analytical thinking. Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change. Ability to work in a multi‑cultural global team spanning across different timezones. Understanding of operational aspects like high availability, monitoring, security, and robustness. Preference will be given to those with the following additional skills/abilities: Experience supporting DCS/PLC in manufacturing domain environment.
