JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide operational support for the maintenance and monitoring of the Integrated Financial and Management System (IFAMS), which includes SAP (ECC, BPC, BW, Disclosure Management) and ARIBA modules. This role ensures system availability, data integrity, timely issue resolution, and coordination of system enhancement activities to support accurate financial operations across the organisation.
JOB SCOPE
1.System Configuration & Maintenance
- Perform configuration and maintenance of ERP modules (e.g. SAP ECC, BPC, ARIBA) and related system interfaces.
- Coordinate and implement system patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to ensure system stability and compliance with requirements.
- Support the execution of system backup verification and disaster recovery (DR) drills.
2.Change Request & Issue Resolution
- Review and validate system-related change requests, including impact assessments and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
3.Testing & Implementation Support
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and system rollout activities.
- Ensure all enhancements and fixes are thoroughly tested before implementation.
4.System Documentation & Governance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including system workflows, SOPs, technical guides, interface maps, and system architecture.
- Liaise with audit and compliance teams on system-related matters and support audit readiness efforts.
5.User Access & Control Management
- Conduct regular user access reviews and manage role provisioning to ensure proper segregation of duties and system security.
- Maintain user access matrices and ensure alignment with internal control policies.
6.User Support & Training
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users across departments for system navigation, error handling, and reporting.
- Assist in developing training materials and deliver system training sessions as needed.
7.Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report key system performance indicators (KPIs), usage analytics, and system exceptions.
- Monitor interface jobs, system logs, and ensure timely issue escalation and resolution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in system support, IT operations, or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, BPC, or ARIBA is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to analyze basic logs or reports to detect errors.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including an oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

Job Description- Interface and responsibility for all System-IC Handler and Manipulator including contacting unit.
- Responsible for pre-acceptance and release of machines, including setup, fine-tuning, sustaining, and maintenance.
- Perform maintenance as per the maintenance plan and calibrate machines.
- Analyze downtime reasons, repair mechanically, electrically, and electronically, and release equipment according to engineering specifications.
- Set up new recipes and conversions for new products.
- Localize failures on measurement boards and PCBs, and repair boards.
- Align equipment mechanically and electrically according to supplier specifications.
- Adopt and extend circuit diagrams based on engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers regarding appointments, questions, and monitor due dates. Engage in technical discussions with suppliers and engineering teams.
- Develop measures to reduce failures, improve quality and output, and reduce costs in collaboration with engineering.
- Support improvement activities, contribute suggestions to enhance production KPIs such as CT/Output, Yield/OEE, Budget/Cost, and failure reduction (MTBF, MTTR, downtimes), and improve quality.
- Support and train operators/technicians as per Work Instructions and execute maintenance activities.
- Take 8D responsibility and manage lot dispositions.
- Coordinate changes with lead plant engineering.
- Work in production environment.
- Support FMEA and Control Plan development.
- Ensure spare parts availability.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 1-5 years of engineering experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and transfer technical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS cloud services and a strong background in systems administration. This role involves managing and optimizing our AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
- Implement security best practices, including access control and encryption.
- Automate deployments and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Optimize AWS costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud-based applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Extensive experience in AWS cloud administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.

Reports To : Manager, System Engineering
Shifts : Monday – Friday, 3PM – 12AM MYT
GENERAL SUMMARY
Prometric ( is the recognized global leader in technology-enabled assessment services, providing paper-and-pencil, internet and computer-based testing solutions. It offers a fully integrated testing system that includes test development, test delivery and data management capabilities. On behalf of 600 current clients in the academic, professional, government, corporate and information technology markets, Prometric develops and/or delivers assessments through a global network of testing centers in 132 countries as well as direct to candidates via the Web
Prometric is seeking highly motivated, system administrator to handle daily functions. The administrator functions include backup checks, restoring data, building VM servers, daily production support, monthly Microsoft security patching and software deployments.
The candidate will work one evening shift in support of the global teams of Production Support, System Engineering and development. Candidates will be asked to work weekends for monthly security patching, production deployments and on-call support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and maintain a variety of operating systems VM servers to include Microsoft and Linux.
- Perform monthly Microsoft security patching to all environments.
- Perform daily backup checks of all production environments and correct if there are issues.
- On request, restore data from backups.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and outside representatives.
- Execute ongoing procedures for upgrades to servers, applications and networks, inclusive of patching and configuration changes necessary for server hardening.
- Deploy internally developed software in test and production environments.
- Provide on call support after standard business hours and be available for weekend software deployments into the production environment.
- When needed, assist the Cyber Security team in checking daily lists.
- Applicant MUST be fluent in English.
- Working knowledge of data center operations, network operations, network management, network protocols, infrastructure design and implementation, client/server architecture and application security.
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare).
- Understanding of enterprise authentication systems, particularly Microsoft Active Directory.
- Minimum three years of System Administration experience in the IT field supporting Windows systems.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong adherence to and understanding of change control process.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player and able to work effectively in a group environment.
- Motivated self-starter willing to take on ownership of systems and projects.
- Ability to meet predetermined deadlines with shifting priorities.
