• Work on projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality.
• Attend client meetings and internal multidisciplinary design team meetings.
• Produce and present project sustainability design proposals to the project team and client.
• Assist senior consultants in project assessments including GBI, LEED, GreenRE, etc.
• Undertake dynamic energy simulations and present report findings.
• Undertake energy surveys of buildings.
• Undertake Green Building Preliminary Assessments and preparing reports.
• Assess project designs for Green Building compliance and recording evidence.

• Maintain regular contact with clients.
• Continue to improve your own technical knowledge.

Competencies:

• Must have an industry qualification related to sustainability or design.
• A good understanding of low carbon and sustainable design and the Green Building Index.

1. Provide expert advice and guidance on green building design based on certification requirements

What's your role like?

• Provide green certificate & sustainability advisory services from pre-construction to detailed design and construction design until project completion and successfully handover. Develop and implement strategies for achieving net zero or reduction of carbon emission.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles into building projects. Liaise with project teams to complete all required submissions to certification bodies.
• Conduct calculation according to green certification (LEED/ GREENRE/ GBI and others) requirement, GHG protocols and other available market benchmark/ standard.
