Job Responsibilities
Conduct and support sustainability projects focused on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) analyses across diverse industries and clients
Collaborate with the Sales team to address client requests, from pre-engagement to project execution, contributing to the growth of sustainability services in ASEAN and beyond
Build and maintain strong connections with internal and external experts, research bodies, industry associations, and regulatory agencies to strengthen technical know-how and innovation
Analyze datasets, interpret findings, and translate complex environmental data into meaningful conclusions and actionable insights
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline, preferably with a focus on Sustainability or LCA.
Experience in LCA/PCF services within consulting, certification, industry, or academic contexts is a plus.
Understanding of LCA and GHG standards such as ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, ISO 14064, UNI EN 15804, GHG Protocol, and ISO 14025.
Familiar with LCA software tools (preferably SimaPro) and databases such as Ecoinvent.
Experience working with sustainability certification bodies or ESG reporting is a plus.
Exposure to circular economy, resource efficiency, and climate impact projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Manage entire Green Building rating compliance and documentation process.
Managing and Advising clients in regards to energy, commissioning, indoor air quality and other technicalities.
Creating project strategy in saving energy and water; recommend eco-friendly materials, optimise indoor environmental quality in creating a sustainable site.
Regular meetings with all stakeholders, managing requirements to meet each credit and assigning responsibility for the same.
Assist in energy models, daylight simulations of all buildings to demonstrate compliance with energy efficiency, IEQ requirements of the Green Building rating program.
Performing/ Managing all measurement and verification of credits as per the Green Building rating program.
Duly submitting all documentation to the certification body and act as a one point contact for the evaluators and respond to any clarifications they might require.
Regular site visits to keep the contractors up to date on the requirements and to ensure the criteria are stringently followed.
Qualifications / Requirements
1-2 years consultant experience.
Experience in green building design & certification.
Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Engineering, Architecture.
Constantly curious in learning, problem solving, and precise with reasonings.
4-6 years experienced consultant (senior position).
Team Lead experience and able to motivate the team.
Ability to work under given lead times and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute decarbonization strategies to reduce Scope 2 emissions across all operational facilities. Conduct energy audits and baseline assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities. Evaluate and implement renewable energy options including on-site generation (e.g., solar PV), off-site procurement (e.g., PPAs, RECs), and grid decarbonization tactics. Lead feasibility studies and ROI analyses for energy efficiency projects and low-carbon technology integration. Collaborate with all processes stakeholder to implement energy-saving and electrification initiatives. Monitor, track, report and analyze Scope 2 GHG emissions performance against internal KPIs, corporate targets and their gaps. Stay up to date with regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices in energy management and general carbon reporting (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, etc.). Develop internal training and awareness programs to engage stakeholders in decarbonization efforts.
Qualifications
Degree in Science or Engineering. Understanding GHG Scope 1, 2 & 3 per GHG Protocol, familiarity with energy efficiency technology, low carbon solutions and renewable energy systems. Strong performance benchmarking skill, knowledge of LCA analysis, proficiency in ROI, payback period and cost benefit analysis for energy and decarbonization projects. Proficient in MS Excel (data analysis, modeling, dashboards), familiarity with energy management system (EMS), building management system (BMS), or SCADA for energy monitoring, competency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration, ability to lead and inspire teams towards sustainability goals. Good communication in English and Malay languages.
